This stupid team has managed to rope me back in and is taking years off my life, but God damn it, its worth it. Praise the etsy witch and mustaches.

Love that he went up there looking first pitch. Just swinging away with the confidence that’s it’s gonna cause enough damage to win the game.
That’s an awesome mindset.
Despite being a Rangers fan and this making our path to the postseason harder, there’s still something beautiful about seeing a Rookie getting his first walk off like this.

I have hats from a few different teams I’ve seen, but Mariners are my team. I had been wearing an M’s hat for a while, but last weekend started wearing my White Sox hat. They’ve been winning since!
M’s might have the most annoyingly excitable play by play guy in all of baseball…I don’t know why it bothers me.
Baseball is wild right now. Feels like there are ten teams standing on top of each other. Anyone could get wild card. Hell the dodgers might be looking at the wild card
I was against Dan Wilson being hired to replace Scott Servais last year as i felt the Ms losing last year wasn’t his fault and Wilson was too inexperienced to be a manager. And too nice. However he is proving me wrong. Obviously in first place he’s doing something right and it seems like he has a good support staff. Sorry I doubted you Dan.

So proud to be a Mariners fan! These are the kinds of games you have to win to get into the dance. I’m really disappointed with all the empty seats, though. This is the best team they’ve had in years and hardly anyone’s there to watch.
I turned it off as soon as Trout struck out in the bottom of the 10th — there was no universe in which the Angels were gonna win.
as a catcher in these situations, my first thought is: i’m in trouble
