Okay, Cincinnati and the A’s. No, no city attached this season. Uh it’s first series of the year between Cincinnati, the Reds and the A’s. We are waiting on the outcome of game one from Friday, but uh we are looking at a really good pitching matchup here in this game. We’ll have Hunter Green taking the mound for the Reds and Luis Severino taking the mound for the A’s. Green has a 283 RA in his last five, 259 on the year. Really, he’s been looking sharp just very consistently throughout the whole season. Severino on the other hand, he has been great recently. 257 in his last five, though he hasn’t been as dominant across the whole season. He does have a 467 erra on the year. To be honest, I don’t love Severino in this spot. He hasn’t been great at home in Sacramento this season. 634 RA compared to 311 on the road. That said, he did face the Reds a couple times last season when he was with the Mets and he had a 154 RA through two games with 15 strikeouts and uh Green has not faced Green has not faced the A’s in a few seasons. The A’s also have the hotter lineup right now. Leading up to Friday, the A’s were hitting 370 against right-handed pitching in their last five games compared to Cincinnati who was only hitting uh 184. The Red’s bullpen has also been super questionable recently. So, even though I don’t love Severino in this spot, I think I’m going to roll with the A’s to pull this one out at home. So, give me the A’s on the money line for today’s free pick in this one. And that’ll be it for me.
