All right. All right. fourth series of the season between Angels and Mariners. Prior to Friday’s game, Seattle led the se the season series six games to four. The Mariners have been really hot though. Leading into Friday, they had won six games straight. And in those six games, they had outscored their opponents 48-4. Obviously, with some runs like that, their bats have been hot, especially against left-handed pitching. And that’s only going to behoove them more in this matchup because on the mound for the Angels will be left-handed pitcher Mitch Ferris. Ferris is making only his third career start here in this game. He made his major league debut just a couple weeks ago. And he has looked good through his first two outings. Three total earned runs, seven strikeouts, and three walks through 11 innings total pitched. He did give up two homers in his last game, though. Now for the Mariners, they are going to have Brian Woo on the mound. He has been in excellent form, 273 RA in his last five. He’s allowed three earned runs or fewer in seven straight starts. I also want to point out he has faced this Angels lineup already this season in which he had a very solid outing. He allowed only two runs through six innings. Honestly, like I Ferris, he’s looked good through two games, but this is a tough Mariners lineup. They’ve been hitting well. So, I do think Woo is going to have the edge over him. Seattle’s bullpen has been far far better than LA’s. And uh like I had mentioned, the Mariners are just ripping lefties right now and that probably won’t work well in Ferris’s favor. So, I’m going to roll with the Mariners on the money line with this one. So, give me Seattle at home for today’s free pick. And that will be it for me.
