Colorado Rockies vs San Diego Padres – FULL GAME HIGHLIGHTS | September 13, 2025 MLB Season
Last night, Blaine Creme got his first major league hit, and it just happened to be a three-run home run. The 28-year-old rookie helps the Rocks earn the victory four-2 as they take game two. We welcome you back to San Diego and to Petco Park where tonight we play game three of four between the Colorado Rockies and the San Diego Padres’s. LSC’s ready to work with the first pitch of the ball game tonight with Tyler Freeman standing in and the first pitch a miss for ball one underway from San Diego. [Applause] Line towards left center field that is going to get down. Over to cut it off quickly is Jackson Merrill going for two is Freeman. He will get in first dive into second base. One, two. He lifts in the air to left field. Over goes Lauraniano and in a few steps for out number one [Applause] to left field and coming in. Lauraniano makes the catch. Sinking liner up the middle into center field. A base hit and from second base comes Freeman. The Rockies strike first on top one to nothing. A rise of the line drive. Base hit into center field. A board with one out in the bottom of the first inning. [Applause] And that is ball 40 to go. No. They check at first base with James Jean. And that’s ball four. Backto back walks. Loads the bases. Fly ball to center field. Incoming is Moniac. He will make the catch. Tang third is Arise. Here comes the throw. It’s going to be close. He has not touched the plate, I don’t think. Yeah, he did, I guess. And moving up to second base. But either way, Luis Arise slides in safely. The Padres’s get a run. However, still no hit. Good runners in scoring position. The foul tip off him. Here’s a 3-2 again to Jackson Merrill. Fly ball left field as Jordan Beck is there and he makes the catch and ends the inning. Padres’s do get a run. Tie the score one to one. [Applause] Line into right center. Big set for Cronorth. He may be thinking too. Nope. Going to pull it up. A wise decision. A one out single for Croninorth. Good rip for Chrome. Fly ball headed out towards deep right center field. Boniac going back at the wall. It is gone. Two-run home run for Fernando Tatis Jr. Padres’s take a 3-1 lead. It’s not a wrist hit, but nonetheless, it brings in two runs. I contend that this is the best version of Totty. That kind of lined and a fair ball down to the left field corner. Lauraniano over to dig it out. Digging his way into second base is Freeman with his second double of the game. [Applause] Moniaak flares one to right and that’ll fall in for a hit. Having to wait was Freeman so he’ll be stopped at third base as Fernando gets it back in. He wasn’t sure whether Arise was going to be able to make that catch or not. And that strike three gets him looking. Goodman knew it. Takes with him the fourth strike out for Dylan CE. Two down. And no doubt Yates for for his duo. Driven to deep left center field off the bat of Machado and gone. Home run number 25 of the year for Manny Machado. Padres’s take a 4-1 lead to center. Moniac going back onto the track. It’s gone. Jackson with his 12th home run of the year. Padres’s with their third of the ball game. Take a 5-1 lead. Seems to be the lucky number for them, Don. They had three off of layock in May. They’ve got three here tonight. And that’s ball four. So down to first goes Fernando. One of the good things that I think has happened to Fernando this year rips this through the right side into right field. A base hit. Diaz will be stopped at third and the bases are loaded for the Padres’s with one away on the ground left side into left field. A base hit. Diaz will score. Here comes Fernando. The throw is late. Two more runs for the Padres’s. Manny drives in both and it’s seven to one San Diego. He continues to be perfect on the evening. Walk homer now a two RBI single up the middle diving is tobar. He will throw to first base and they’re able to get sheets. Nice diving play by the Gold Glove shorts stop Ezekiel tobar for out number two. [Applause] Lying to left and that is a fair ball. One hops the wall. Padres score two more and take a 9-1 lead. Raone Lauriano drives in a pair. Water is a one hopper a rise at second base fires to first to retire Freeman. That’s drops in there for strike three. The curve ball. Another one, two, three inning. Strike out number six for Case. 9-1 Padres. You’re going to be facing everybody’s best and you’re going to have to try to find runs any way you can get it. That’s strike three. Crome does not agree. It’s been a lot of unhappiness. Seems like a lot might be too of a strong word, but [Applause] to center. Moniac back a step or two. Now more, but he’s back there to make the catch. That’ll end the inning. [Applause] That strike three. Caros can’t believe it. And Hart strikes him out. First out of the seventh inning. right side to arise. [Applause] Two down in the seventh inning. Sky to right. Fernando running in towards the line will make the catch. It’s a one, two, three. Top of the seven. It’s 9-1. Padres and Lauriano strikes out. curve ball and it’s back to the mound. Rollson’s got it. He will flip to first base for out number two. [Applause] Strike three. That’ll end the inning. A one, two, three inning for Rollison. 91 Padres. Swinging a miss and Moniac strikes out the sweeper. Lots of sweep in that one. Second strikeout for Kyle Hart. Swing and a miss. Romo strikes out. Back-to-back KS now for Hart. Three and all. With Jordan Beck, first hitter he will face. And a liner to right center field. It’s in for a base hit. Trying to go first to third is Freeman. He will as Merrill gets it back in. Runners at the corners now for the Rockies with two down. to right center field. Could be a gapper. It will be from third base. Freeman will score. Beck all the way from first. He’s coming around. Two runs are in and it’s now nine to three. One hopper to the backhand from McCoy. Goes to second for the force out. That’ll wrap up the top of the eighth inning. Padres’s have a 9-3 lead. Two two to Johnson and a high drive to deep right field. Freeman headed back at the wall. It is gone. Two-run home run for Bryce Johnson. 11 of three Padres’s. Let him know Bryce in the pitch. Two-run shot. [Applause] Fly ball to center field. Mickey Moniac into left center will make the catch. It will end the inning. On the ground down to first base. So Hearn’s got it. He’ll take it to the bag for out number one in the ninth inning. Swinging a miss. He struck him out on the splitter. First strike out for Matsui. Two down in the ninth inning. Fly ball right field sending Johnson back a few steps. He will make the catch and the Padres’s win. Well, they take game three of the series, winning this one 11-3 on a night when the Padres’s end up with four home runs, including that
