Congratulations! The Brewers have dominated the National League’s Central Division in recent seasons. They are due to win a World Series.
New to watching baseball, first postseason – what’s “clinching a playoff berth”? Are they guaranteed in now?

If you would have told me before the season we’d have 90+ wins, and be the first to lock a playoff spot, I might have laughed.

Being as young as they are I certainly hope they don’t get the yips when the lights get really bright in October. I’m a lifelong WI resident and Bud Selig can still kiss my ass for nothing but a place of employment for his daughter and three dollar bill husband. Mediocrity at its finest!
Hope they can win a series this year. Not necessarily THE series, just any series.

Smallest market in the league.
Only two players with more than 20 homeruns (currently). They are winning by playing “small ball” (stolen bases, sacrifices, etc.).
Their pitching has been outstanding all season.
And they did it with a 1/3 of the payroll of the LA Dodgers.
Such an exciting team to watch!

Heard it here first. Giants are the team to beat
The brewers always surprise everyone. When they traded away hader, burnes and now dw, they can always call up someone from the farm to seamlessly replace them. When you think they are going for a rebuild. They will always find way to win. The new moneyball team.
