Whats there to say. Teams good enough to win but just cant this year unlike last year, last week it was the defense this week its the offense(specifically Kelce).
Baltimore and Detriot are must win games now.
If one of the best to ever do or best te doesn’t drop one ball that happens to bounce to someone we beat the best team in the league without wr 1 or 2, two in game injuries, a missed fg, not getting the penalty calling luck go our way
Everything is fine. Easy playoff team and then its all a crapshoot. Made better by having angry Patrick in full effect
FUCK THE TUSH PUSH!
Sigh that INT killed any chance of this team winning the game, boy oh boy anyway on to next week!
That play is the biggest load of horse shit I’ve ever seen
If there’s anything good that comes from this game I hope it’s that the league finally starts officiating the tush push properly. Bullshit ass play.
That last play epitomized everything wrong with the tush push. No one knows what the hell is going on, including the officials.

Fuck everybody but us. Go chiefs!
How many more years of Matt Nagy do you guys think we have left? Over under 2.5
The defense held the Eagles in check for over 3 quarters. They did their job while dealing with injuries on that side. Games are decided by a few plays and that Kelce non-catch and pick was the killer. I know he’s old but he has to be better. Mahomes is also just 50-50 now on the deep ball. I don’t know if he just doesn’t trust the left side of the o-line or its sloppy mechanics. Outside of that one long drive and a few big plays, we could get nothing consistent going offensively.
I know we’re missing our top weapons but is there anything we can do to be better in the meantime besides getting healthy? I don’t know that Andy and Nagy are going to change it up a ton. Thankfully the Colts beat the Broncos. Let’s hope the Raiders beat the Chargers tomorrow. Let’s get this win against the Giants.
Kelce play was the game.
Pretty much all there is to it.
Can we just get rid of Nagy already my fucking god! A team with a HOF QB should look allot better
Fired Matt Nagy PLEASE!!! terrible at Chicago and worse here…
Literally Fox stopped showing the down the line shot because they were clearly jumping offsides every time
Offense obviously flat but I just love the Eagles can commit penalties every 1-yard play and walk away with the advantage.
And then when they can’t tell what happens but a Chiefs player walks out with the ball it’s 🤷🏼♂️ oh sorry this play is too much we’re just gonna let it happen. Eagles definitely got it there, no review.
We went toe to toe with one of the best teams in the league. Down 3 recievers. And in all reality, we should have won. Couple dumb mistakes.
And we STILL only lost by 3.
It’s not over folks
Mahomes is the leading rusher for the second straight game.
That’s not good
It’s hard to feel good after a loss. But I feel a hell of a lot better after that one than last week.
Worthy and Rice can’t come back soon enough
I’m cool if you wanna keep the tush push but if you’re not calling penalties on it or say no fumbles cause it’s hard to officiate then it’s gotta go
Fuck the city of Philly and the fucking eagles
Funny that people think the offense is going to be flawless when missing it’s top 2 receivers against a strong eagles team.
Calm down. It’s a long season. They’re going to be fine.
PS: you see OT Simmons chase down a cornerback?
takeaways:
i didn’t think it was that bad of a game. defense played much better than last week, which is great. mahomes still working his magic too, even if his deep ball is bad. really, the only reason we lost this game was because of that one fucking play. i’m sure everyone knows what i am talking about.
9 times out of 10, that’s a touchdown. just bad luck.
i know people are mad about the offense, but they need to understand that our two best receivers are out. the fact that it was this close against the defending champs who fucked us in the super bowl is crazy.
0-2 for the first time in the mahomes era is rough, but it’s alright. i think we’ll bounce back. in the end, this was just a REALLY unlucky loss.
i don’t feel like how i felt last week when we lost to the chargers, because then? the defense was just giving up 3rd and longs like they were candy. this time? it was just a bad bounce.
I’d much rather lose to the Eagles that way than whatever the hell happened at the Superbowl.
One good thing i noticed is Simmons is gonna be a great LT
At least the Broncos lost in heartbreaking fashion, so that’s fun.
They’re going to make Thornton a deep threat whether he wants it or not

Been saying this for three years and I’m amazed I’ve never heard it on a broadcast before: the eagles guards start early every single time they run that play
I know Tom Brady as an announcer is kind of annoying but one thing I like about him is that he calls it like it is, even when it’s kind of harsh.
He just spelled out the problem: Pat doesn’t trust his offense. Not the receivers or the OL. Obviously with our top receivers out, that’s going to be hard, and the OL also needs to be better (I think they’re already an improvement from last year), but I also think Pat would benefit from some meetings with a sports psychologist or something. I don’t blame him at all for not being trusting, especially after last year, but I do think he would benefit from some strategies to help him stay calm and clearheaded.
Is Nick Siriani the biggest douche bag in football?
I’ll say the same thing I said in the game thread:

Everyone needs to calm the fuck down. Starting 0-2 is not the end of the world. There are still 15 games left to play this season. 👏 CALM 👏 THE FUCK 👏 DOWN.
I know a lot of talk is going to be about Travis’ fumble, but the guy otherwise had a solid game. He should have caught it, but after rewatching, I also think Pat may have thrown it with a little too much power. It’s one of those dumb bad luck plays that went the Chiefs’ way last year but aren’t so far this year.
I’m more concerned about Gray being a non-entity so far this year. After last season, I was expecting big things from him, but he was only 1-for-5 today.
With the WR and RB issues right now, the team really needs Gray in top form.
