  8. Fastest dude in the fucking league on 3rd with no outs and we don’t even **TRY** to bunt him home. It’s nothing less than coaching malpractice.

  9. Offense was no where to be seen…. Blowe and Jr- no hits, no rbis. Josh striking out swinging at balls. Bullpen blowing the game. Stayed up to watch them choke away.

  12. The biggest flaw with us is pretty clearly the back end of the lineup. On a night like this when the top guys are looking lost, you have no chance to win when the back-end guys have 0% chance of doing anything. I personally don’t have issues with Cash, and I will defend most of what the FO does, but the set-in-stone idea that a 90 wRC+ hitter with good defense is better than a 110 wRC+ hitter with meh defense has sunk us so much.

  13. Pathetic Loss. All I can say. Multiple chances to tie and score, and we twiddle our thumbs or strike out. Pathetically frustrating. As Green Day says; wake me up when September ends.

  16. Boyle did better than expected. The offense couldn’t do much even with opportunities.

  20. Right now we are only spiritually eliminated. Not quite mathematically eliminated but that’s coming soon.

  23. Baker would have pitched a complete game shutout, then run towards the opponent’s dugout and stone cold stun their whole team
