9. To the PHNX Team, when your resolve was tested and it was time for you all to stand with Gerald in solidarity, you made your choice. I’ve been around since Lindsey-Espo-Saul-Gerald days.

   Espo – to you in particular. I’ve held you in great admiration as a staple in AZ Sport Media for decades. If you cannot insulate the talented individuals who work for you then what is the point of doing what you do? You had the chance to stnad with Lindsey, and you stayed quiet. You had the chance to stand with Gerald, and you stayed quiet. What will it take for you to stand with your team and defend them. You can make all the excuses you want about what happened behind the scenes. And I’m sure you still think your responsibility is to continue to defend the team that is still there. I just don’t understand how you can let your team erode and still think all of this is acceptable. The foundation of the podcast has always been the people, not the concept of “escaping” the horrible world around us. That’s cowardice, and you know that.

It feels like it’s trying to push Devon Booker out of Phoenix, especially the amount of times he gets brought up in a negative way. 15. We’re exposed to enough politics in everyday life bc of social media, keep it out of sports. Our own personal beliefs should not interfere with our everyday life, I feel that the world has forgotten that these past few years. With that being said I feel Gerald deserves another chance. I’m sure he was emotional at the time if the tweet just as everyone else was. Everyone should be able to have a chance to learn and grow. Phnx needs to bring the crew back including Lindsey if she forgives PHNX. This channel grew from the chemistry of the crew, that has changed drastically since Sal and Lindsey left. But I will still support this channel hand hope they do the right thing.

17. Came on here especially to like and offer support. Usually rock the podcast on my commute or runs. Love Gerald and his analysis and appreciate all he has done. I pray for him and his family during this hard time. I can also be frustrated that his actions not only had consequences to himself, but also threaten the employment of rest of the PHNX staff. It placed the organization in an impossible position. I am all about free speech and personal views, but there is a time and a place to express those and that was not it. Again, hope Gerald can get a chance to showcase his talents again, and continue to support the good content of PHNX

    Only chiming in to say this is an absolute shame and should have been avoided if All City had half decent leadership. Gerald spoke his mind the same way Charlie Kirk would’ve wanted despite difference of opinion. He had no hate in his comments. Espo I sincerely hope you didn’t have a part in this.
