And because of that, sometimes it can lead to high team turnover when you’re playing for the Lakers. And for an up and cominging San Antonio Spurs team, Grant, what’s the key for them in your mind? I’d have to say, BA, that it’s patience. You know, young guys need time to develop their game and learn from experience. You can’t expect people to become stars overnight.
