    As long as we take care of our business and Detroit beats up on Cleveland, we can shave that number down significantly

  7. Dumb question, but even if he stays hot and we need him, Zach Cole won’t be eligible for the playoffs right?

  8. It’s quite funny that Blubaugh & Alexander are making better cases for being our SP2 in playoffs than Framber. Hope that Blubaugh makes that case again tonight.

    Also Yordan please be okay.

  9. Back in 2023, when the South Oklahoma mall cops looked like they were fizzling out in September, they snuck into the playoffs, found their stride, and won it all. October resets everything. All we have to do is secure that last playoff spot. Let’s make that happen with another W tonight.

    Brown, Alexander, Framber (begrudgingly), Blubaugh / Javier?

    I didn’t even realize that LMJ was on the IL again. Remember when pitching was a strength of ours and not a question mark?

  16. Need to win today to take the series – just saw Kelly, I’m sure they learned a lot – can’t leave a series victory to chance with DeGrom tomorrow.

    Win today, secure the series, job done. Tomorrow is a cherry on top for a potential sweep, win the boot and win the season H2H series.
