Moises Ballesteros is SPARKING the Cubs offense!
You had Moises Bisteros hitting fourth in the lineup today. I did not expect to see Moises Bisteros hitting fourth in the lineup at all this year. I don’t want him to leave the lineup. That’s the spark you need. Him lining it to the left field, hitting it right at Anthony Rizzo. The platinum Glover couldn’t make the play. You could feel something with that. You could feel the spark. You could feel that there was that energy around it. And you just talked about momentum in playoffs. You have to ride the hot hand. You have to ride the hot bats. You have to lean on what’s working. I don’t care if Seas Suzuki’s sick. Maybe you’ll platoon that in that DH role. If he comes back and he’s healthy, you know, physically healthy, but he’s still struggling. The name value at this point doesn’t matter. The only couple names that should be in the lineup every day at this point, at least in my head, Nicoer, Kyle Tucker when he’s healthy, Danby Swanson because of the leadership and what he’s able to do, Sea Suzuki is not one of them. riding the hot hand.
Moises Ballesteros, aka Mo Baller, is ballin’. The Cubs need to keep playing him once Seiya Suzuki is healthy. He’s been that good.
