My Horton rookie card arrived in the mail today. It’s an omen. The Cubs will kick so much ass today the world will run out.
This is very putting the horse before the cart, but I’m trying to figure out who I’d like to see get that last Wild Card.
The Diamondbacks have been a pretty fun team to watch as a non-fan, and it’s impressive they’re even still breathing consider the injuries and bad pitching they’ve experienced this year.
The petty person in me kind of wants to see the Mets complete their collapse and miss the playoffs in the first year of that Soto contract.
I don’t think I want to see the Giants make it, just because aside from 2016, I feel like they’re a team the Cubs just don’t usually handle well.
