Middleton, Seidler (rip) and Cohen are easily the best owners in this sport. Hal doesnt deserve hate like the pirates or a’s owner… he got the deal done with Judge and overrode Cashman with the soto trade. BUT, he clearly doesn’t have what it takes to really be the yankee owner. Letting Harper, Seager and Machado go to other teams is terrible. He has the bravery of a kitten by not making real changes with the front office… remember the audit that turned out to be “tough discussions in a conference room”?
Yankees are very corporate. part of me wishes they weren’t, but they’re loaded and can afford to build a good team year after year so no complaints from me
