The kid just looks so much more confident this year. Looks totally different especially with the new number. Hopefully he keeps trending up.
That catch he made on Bo’s scramble against the Colts has been his highlight of the season so far. He drops that 10/10 times last year
He absolutely needed to step up in this game. Sutton was doubled most of the game and Engram was non existent. They basically threatened us to throw to Troy, knowing he was the weakest WR. He showed up in a big way.
This is exactly what our offense needed, and what anyone who has been paying attention has been expecting out of Franklin this season.
Bo let us down in the first game. The defense let us down in the second game. If they can get their shit together at the same time, Franklin and the new RBs make us elite.
I knew he was really fast but his ability to make defenders miss was impressive last game. He has the body and athleticism to be a true #1 if he continues to improve.
He’s figuring it out.
It’s almost like freaking out over 3 drops last year from a mid-round rookie was an overreaction.
Especially when we consider his drop% was the second lowest in the WR room – behind only the other rookie we traded away.
Switching from 16 to 11 changed this man
Franklin becoming the left WR2 Mims failed to become would be a nice development this season
Had a good game last week, hope it continues.
Takes WRs a couple years to adjust to NFL ball. I think it’s the hardest to translate your skills outside of QB. Maybe it’s going to keep clicking for him this season.
