Any bull fans recognize this?

Hello fellow bulls fan! I have one thing eating me alive lately, I remember my parents would always drive by this on an express way, possibly i290, and I would always be fond of it and looking at it a ton. Does anyone recognize it and know where it was at? Always felt like it was above a Best Buy but can’t remember.. I hope someone does recognize it!
