Never forget Blake “the Freeze” Perkins saving 2 runs and preserving the tie

Awesome play by Perkins, but showing the reactions of both Ashby and Taylor really ties the clip together man.
He’s always so smooth with his routes to the ball that I slightly panic when he has the jets on
I will never forget Blake Perkins worst performance maybe ever which just so happened at the one game I saw last year, June 14th bottom of the 9th 2 outs guy on 3rd and 2nd and instead of trying to get a decent contact hit to drive one of them in he bunts it straight to the pitcher to lose 5-6, if he can take us to the World Series and then walk it off to win it I may forgive him
So glad they found room for him in Center and Chourio im the lineup.
I don’t remember Blake ever making a full diving catch, but I also don’t remember many (if any) balls hit near him that he didn’t catch. Is this just selective memory or is he that much smoother in center field than the majority of the league? Seems like his first move and tracking is just unparalleled to me
He made that catch looks so easy
