Kansas City Chiefs on UPSET ALERT vs. the Giants? 🚨 Harry Douglas gives THIS percent chance | Get Up

play offense, you would be happy so far. Certainly with the play of Dak Prescott, they look to continue their momentum from last week’s thrilling win against the Giants as they head to the Bears in Chicago in an interesting game Sunday. Troy Aman’s been watching Dak play. Here’s what he thinks. I have been impressed with with Dak uh certainly week one and what he was able to do and and then this last game. Uh he he just, you know, he’s always had he’s always had good energy. He’s always had good, you know, body language and all that on the field, but uh in addition to just how well he’s played, I I just sense that there’s a confidence about him, uh in the way in which he’s playing that I don’t want to say I haven’t seen it before, but I just feel like he’s really dialed in. It’s an interesting Dak Prescott’s an interesting player. When you’re the quarterback of the Cowboys, everything you do is so micro scrutinized that I think sometimes we overlook the obvious. like when he’s healthy, he plays great and they win. When last seen healthy for an entire season, he was the runner up for MVP. He’s playing great again. And arguably, this is the best weapons he’s ever had. And I think the difference is he has an established running back that when he first got in his league, we had a lot of respect for in Denver that kind of fell out of favor. But, you know, Javvante Williams, Jvonte Williams, but also now he has, you know, a answer when you can’t, you know, when you double CD Lamb and take him away. You know, picking showed up a little bit. you know, he still has to mature and uh but Ferguson, he listen, he’s able to to really move the ball. This isn’t a typical um brand new head coach, right? Remember, Shotti was the was the coordinator, so he doesn’t have to learn a new offense. So, they they it’s more nuanced than that. He can get into the minutia, the minute details of growing the package because he was in the same system last year. So, the biggest thing for me when it comes to the Dallas Cowboys is their run game. If you go back to 2024, five of the seven teams that made the playoffs in the NFC, they were top six in rushing. You can’t be onedimensional in this league. You have to be balanced. The Dallas Cowboys right now, currently, they’re 11th in rushing. Javvante Williams has really altered things, but also the mindset coming into the season. Hey, we’re not just going to throw the football around. We’re going to establish the run. We want to push people around, investing into that offensive line. That was their first round draft pick this year in the 2025 NFL draft. the run game is making things drastically different in my opinion correct for the Dallas Cowboys because Dak Prescott in my from my eyes he’s gonna play like tough football but now you add another dimension to that offense and the offense of the Dallas Cowboys are scarier. Yeah, I think it’s George Pickkins because when you’re trying to build a team, it’s hard to get two corners that are physical enough to match up with CD Lamb and now on the other side’s George Pickkins who has 13 career touchdown. Look at that catching radius. Uh well that was CD Lamb. Yeah, but in the red zone again he has been already he’s already scored a touchdown but he’s created a lot of good matchups for Jake Ferguson as well. So when we talk about Dak playing well like this play right here they couldn’t do that a year ago. That’s why I think Pickkins more than Williams has been so impactful. Fascinating game. This isn’t we’ve seen the stat all week long that the two players who’ve been the NFC offensive player of the week have both played against the Bears. So does that mean that Dak Prescott’s going to do that as well? There’s another interesting storyline in this game. We’ve had a lot of revenge games and here comes another Yeah, last week it was all about Ben Johnson going back into Detroit. How about Matt Eberfloose going into Chicago so unceremoniously fired and really a punchline in Chicago this whole offseason and how much better Caleb’s going to be now that he’s finally got a real coaching staff. Ille has been the defensive coordinator for the Cowboys in two weeks and they’ve been lit up in two games. I could see Matt Eberfloose having a different kind of approach to this game going up against his former team and the owners in the front office that blamed him for last year’s ineptitude and firing him. I will note this in his presser Brian Shottimer said there’s nothing he would love more than to win that game and to give the game ball to Floose after the game. Not Dak, not the Let’s give it to the defensive coordinator who’s going to have something ready for Caleb Williams. That’s motivation. We all win one for the flu. Yeah, we all we always have that type of protection like when you go there whether it be the Harry Bowl or the TB bowl or the Rex Bowl, we always have that. That’s just an extra juice. That’s the mind tricks that head coaches. Don’t fall for that. So, okay. So, so they but they want to look you’re going to make a little bold prediction later this morning about this game and we’re going to get a prediction on the total in a minute here without giving away the whole thing. Are you expecting fireworks? Historic fireworks. And neither side I mean are the old Rick Ryline greedy. Are the punters even going to be active? Like this is just four down football up and down the field. You know the big X factor to me is Caleb Williams and what he he does. And you know we have a tape to show here. What are you seeing? What have you seen in Caleb? When when he holds the ball Greeny he really struggles. This is an unbelievable statistic since he’s been in the NFL. This is from from Hembo. They are 1 and seven when he holds the ball for 3 seconds or longer. Now look. Here’s a play against Detroit. Not there. throw it away. Run. He’s holding the ball and he makes really bad decisions later in the down. This ball should have been picked off. You can’t hold the ball against NFL defenders for 8 seconds. Here’s another play. Again, 1 and seven when he averages 3 seconds or longer. Play’s not there greedy. His fundamentals break down and he makes terrible decisions. Play game of what are the chances with the Chiefs and the Giants. I’ll remind you Kansas City has never won a road game at the New York Giants. Harry, what are the chances the Giants pull the upset on Sunday night? I’m going to go 25% because my son loves quarters, Greeny. He’s 6 years old. But the reason why I’m picking this this team in this matchup also is because their defensive line, Dexter Lawrence, Brian Burns, Kavon Tibido, and also Abdul Carter. I do know when it comes to Steve Spagnolo, he loves to send the blitz. Well, that blitz hasn’t gotten home so much this season. And watching Malik Neighbors, no one on the on the Chief secondary can guard him. And Wel Robinson has been phenomenal as well too. We spent a lot of time this week talking about what’s wrong in Kansas City. And the offense, it looks unimaginative. It looks slow, old. It looks old. Overwhelmingly, its best play has been Patrick Mahomes running around and trying to make something happen. He’s been their leading rusher in both games. What is the read on Kansas City’s offense, Peter? That they have no spark and that everything you’re saying is accurate. And even the most fervent Chiefs fan would say this is not the Chiefs of Hold. It’s certainly not the Chiefs of the Tyreek era, but it isn’t even the Chiefs of last year. And what’s really alarming is none of those wide receivers have stepped up with Rice and Worthy out. So, Guju and Thornton, all these names we were told are going to have to elevate their games. They haven’t been able to do anything. But the more alarming part, the running game. Yes, the numbers look like they’ve been running the ball well. That’s cuz Patrick Mahomes has been running the ball well. Nothing out of Isaiah Poacho. Nothing out of Kareem Hunt. If you don’t have a running game and you don’t have a passing game, it’s going to be hard to compete with the Ravens and the Bills this season, right? But this week they have to compete with the Giants and and look, the Giants got lit up, correct, by Dak and company last week. Bart, you host the talk show in New York, so you know this team well. How do you see this matchup? I mean, I’m waiting for this dominant um Giants defense to finally step up and play that way. Like they were able to get three sacks last week, but they’ve been able they’ve been giving up a bunch of points all season. Um this is a get right game, you know, Russell Wilson, Kansas City. No, no, for both teams, right? I mean, if if this is over with, then we might be starting the Jackson Dart era, you know, pretty soon, you know, two more weeks before they get to the Saints. Even even though Russell threw for whatever it was, 450. Yeah. Because at the end of the day, if you’re going to continue losing, then what’s the point? You know, the only way that Deball saved his job is if you know, Jackson Dart is a good football player. But right now, the Kansas City Chiefs just remind me of our teams where we just went to so many games. They played Patrick Mahomes has probably played an entire extra season going to the AFC Championship every year. They look like a tired team. Now, you got to kick them while they’re down because when they get those reinforcements, they’re going to be a much better football team. Well, the reinforcements meaning Xavier coming back healthy, Rasheed Rice coming back. Will they be okay? Look, if there’s anyone you trust to get this thing figured out, it’s Andy Reid, it’s Patrick Mahomes. Will the Chiefs be the Chiefs again by the time we get to the end of the season? Absolutely. We’re talking about Patrick Mahomes. Here’s the solution, Greeny, is playaction passing because they do have a a productive game when you look at six yards per rush and only 17% of their offense right now is coming from play action passing. So, if I’m Patrick Mahomes, Bart talked about, you know, their pass rush in terms of what the Giants can do. I would look to get him under center, use play action because right now nothing else is working. That’s a good foundation to work on. You can’t play action when you can’t run the ball. the inability to run the football and for guys to win one-on-one outside. We give the Chiefs a lot of grace and rightfully so because they played in five of the last six Super Bowls. But what my eyes are telling me is that their offensive identity is Patrick Mahomes. Go save us and make it work. When you can’t when you can’t run the football, when you can’t win oneonone on the outside, and then Patrick Mahomes is in in playoff mode where he feels like he has to scramble and run over guys for positive yardage. That that that is very alarming to me because by the time Rasheed Rice and Xavier Worthy are both playing together, it might be too late for Kansas City. That’s what I’m saying. But Harry’s great question is can they hold serve and get there? They’re going to beat the Giants. They’re a much better football team and they’re they’re going to get better. Xavier Worthy’s shoulder is going to get better. Rasheed Rice is going to get better. Get back. And when they do, they’re going to come back to where they once were. Let’s put the pics up on the screen as we finish the conversation. I I I we’re not done. I just want everyone to see the whole the whole room is taking Kansas City. Go. No, no, no. I’m taking the Giants. We got to change a late flip flip 25%. He’s taking the Giants. I mean, it’s directly correlated, Mike, because what happens is when you don’t have any threats on the outside, then I can load up the box understanding that they have to set the table with PCO. So, I can bring that eighth man in the box. Listen, Travis Kelsey, whenever you hear these words from any agent player, I’m in the best shape of my life and I’m losing weight, that’s the last cry because you know his body is starting to fail him. And listen, it’s it’s starting to become the end maybe of a regime and maybe the Chargers are ready to take over that division. That was what I meant when I said the biggest problem the Chiefs have may not be one they can do anything about, right? And that is for the first time in a very long time. Candidly, it’s a decade. They may not be the best team in their division anymore. The Chargers may be that good. Okay, so everyone here likes Kansas City except Harry kind of 25% 25%. AMS Eagles is a fascinating game. What are the chances the Rams pull the upset? They are a three and a half point underdog 50% but I’m leaning more towards like 51%. And let me tell you why Greenie Dory Jackson is really struggling opposite Quan Mitchell. He’s allowed eight reception on 12 targets and you know that Matthew Stafford is going to wear him out either with Puka Nua or Devonte Adams and the more abund passing game of the Eagles will catch up with them this week. Yeah, he Jaylen Herz is the only quarterback who has started a game this season of the 33 who have who has not thrown a touchdown. And just very quickly before I get to the tush push piece of this, which is an important part of the story, Harry and I are having a delightful breakfast upstairs this morning. I asked you a very simple question. How good is Puka Nakula? I think he’s one of the most underrated players in the National Football League. The offense in the LA for the Rams is revolve around Puka Nakua from a motion standpoint, him going in between offensive tackles and tight ends to do blocking. The guy can catch the ball over the middle. He can catch it outside. His catch radius is unbelievable. They give him speed sweeps as you seen last week and he ran for a touchdown. Puka Nakua is one of the most underrated players in the entire NFL. He’s Debo Samuels with a ponytail. I mean, he’s that can run run routes and I’m and I’m I’m I’m being serious. His physicality that he brings, right? But also his route running, his his playmaking ability to me second to none. End of the first game, it’s third and eight. They throw to him that we he goes down inbounds. Like the smartest cerebral player, too. They love him in LA. The Rams, they can prove a lot this week. Now, they went there and lost a tough playoff game. We had this stat. The Rams last 11 games, they’re 9 and2. Both losses are against the Eagles, but the tush push is going to be a big part of the story this week. Yeah, I could tell you that last year before the divisional round, you had a Rams organization that went to the league office and said, “You have to start calling false starts on these tush pushes.” And I’m going to show you a tape right now. One of the only times all the last two years they actually did call a false start on a tush push on this play. That’s cuz the league was aware of it. The refs were aware of it. I can tell you that the Rams have again reached out to the league before this game and the national spotlight around this very issue. False start jumping early has been made evident. The name I want you to watch is not Puka Nua or Jaylen Herz or AJ Brown. Brad Rogers, the official for the game on Sunday is going to be Brad Rogers. How often is he looking for it? Is he throwing flags? Because I will tell you this, everyone in the building is going to be looking at those third and shorts and fourth and shorts and the league is well aware they don’t want this to be the topic next week. Well, so talk to me Mike T. How give take take me through that process from a team standpoint. So typically Monday and Tuesday when the teams are dealing with the league office is about what happened the previous week. By Wednesday to Peter’s point, you’re sending film to the officiating department. Emphasis of what you want. Obviously this week it’s all about the tushbush. So Brad Rogers’s whole crew is going to see extra film that I’m sure the Rams have sent about false starts either by the guard or by somebody else. And look now that and when we look at this film right here you could see the flinch of the right guard and because it’s a national spotlight they will call it extra tight. It may make the difference in the game. It it could easily look the bottom line of it is this Bart and I know how opposed you are to the Tush Bush. I support you. I agree with you. I’m 100% with you but they’re not changing the rule until next season at Sunnis. So Jeff Saturday was sitting here an offensive lineman earlier this week and said you’re darn right we fire off the ball on every play early if we can make them call it. That’s the advantage of being at home. That’s the all that stuff. And they are at home this week. So that is a factor in this game. It is going to come down to whether or not they call it. Yeah. I mean, and and and the emphasis on that maybe they call it for a week and hope that it dies down. This isn’t going away, right? Because I think aesthetically as well, it doesn’t look good. Like, you know, the reason why they move the the the field goal back is because they don’t want to have predetermined outcome. The extra point, right? And and and you have to make them earn it, right? And we’ll go back and talk about all the reasons why I don’t agree or that’s not necessary. I think, you know, this week because of the attention on it and this is a prime time game between two Super Bowl contenders. Yeah. I think maybe it’s gonna be called a lot more tighter this week than It’s interesting that it’s actually an early game, you know, but but but it is a prime matchup for sure. And we can put the picks up on the screen because this one is a fascinating game. I’m 80%. I want to bring I’m the only one taking the Eagles. Uh I really They’re not They’re not They’re not playing well. Their offensive struggle really matters. Let’s make some. Let’s make some Joe checks himself into the game and just stands in front of Harry. What What do we like in this game here? Again, the Eagles are a three and a half point home favorite. Rams cuz it’s about the number three and a half. The pros are lining up on the LA side and the half is starting to disappear. Half the market has moved to three. I wouldn’t be surprised by kickoff if it goes to two and a half. Why does this matter so much? Three is the most important number when it comes to sports betting because more NFL games end on a differential of three than any other differential. 24-21, 2724. So you want to be on the right side of that number. This is going to move. So we want to be on the Rams. Should be a lower scoring game. So those points are going to be valuable. Okay. So So says Joe. That’s one of the most interesting matchups. Oh my god. My cheese on my tackle, man. [Music]

  1. How does Mike Tenenbaum still have a job there? His takes are absolutely idiotic. His solution for the Chiefs is play action when they can't run the ball in the first place? If you're a defense, why would you respect the run when they can't run the ball?

  2. The false starts also happen on QB sneeaks but also rarely get called. All this talk on the tush push is nonsense, Eagle's OL and Hurts are simply STRONK. That said, I don't care much either way (ban or keep), just don't go on and on about it.

  3. Play action pass for the chiefs? I thought he was an nfl owner? He should know to have a good PAP, you have to have a decent running game not including qb runs. Smh
Cant wait to see what the excuse is when eagles win sunday.

  4. Chiefs fans don’t want to hear this, but does anyone else feel like Kansas City looks tired and out of gas? 👀 If the Giants’ defense really smothers Mahomes… could this be the changing of the guard in the AFC West?

  5. I know this clown didn’t just say the chiefs need to run more play action. Hunt and Pacheco are getting 2 yards a carry ain’t no team gonna respect play action 😂😂 I swear people just look at stats and don’t watch the actual games

  6. It's funny how a former Super Bowl champion quarterback has been getting questioned for the last 3 seasons, while a Super Bowl less quarterback in Dallas gets fantasy league praise. Just saying 😎 offense first in Dallas, defense first NY Football Giants.

  7. Hunt is actually running pretty good but he’s not the featured back. And chiefs have other receivers playing well but they’re not apart of the game plan. They have two that made some good catches versus the eagles 8:26

  8. Give me NY over KC by 7😂
But why insert your Rookie franchise Qb if you down 0-3 season over why risk anything unless you see it as a warmup for next season

  9. DAK WILL DESTROY THE BEARS. as he always do against bad teams. They will even go 6-2 or 7-1 at the first 8 games and you all be calling for Playoffs and superbolw. But in the end we know what happens to Dak Chokescott.

  10. This is DUMB. This isnt college….in the NFL any team can beat any other team. Of course the Giants have " a chance " to win. This isnt Alabama playing North East Arkansas community college. Will the Giants win…unlikely…. do they have a chance… of course they do. Jeez what a hot take….

  11. Dak is similar to Baker Mayfield. He can bring the ball downfield when it matters most. I think he is forth all time in game winning drives. That is crazy. If only the defense held it together more often this team could be really great.
