Call me a doomer, but I just kinda feel doubtful whenever I hear a progress report on injuries. I’m not gonna blame the medical staff for all of our injuries this year or call for their jobs, but I have so little faith whenever they mention “x is feeling better”. The cynical part of me thinks paredes is also still injured really bad and that they just trotted him out tonight because tbh we really need him. Well at least he’s playing dh so it can hurt the defense if his lower half is still busted.
If he just hits a home run every at bat he can take as long as he needs rounding the bases, right?
