Chiefs Drop to 0-2 After Kelce Drops TD that Becomes an INT
The Kansas City Chiefs start the season 0 and2. First time in Patrick Mahomes’s career he has three consecutive losses in his NFL career. Lot to talk about when we get to lockdown Chiefs later, but the reality of this situation is Patrick Mahomes can still do things. Doesn’t have the greatest deep ball. Showed a couple of times against the Eagles. Uh hit a deep ball late to Taekquon Thor. It was too little too late. And that’s the problem. The rest of the wide receivers really didn’t do much. Juju Schmiduster didn’t do much. Hollywood Brown had a couple of good catches, couple of good plays. Taekquin Thornton had a couple of other good plays, but outside of that, obviously the biggest mistake and the thing that cost Kansas City a touchdown and maybe even potentially the win. Travis Kelce pops the ball up when he’s getting ready to cross the goal line, gets intercepted by the Philadelphia Eagles. They run it back, get a fourth down conversion with the tush push for a touchdown, take a two-score lead. Kansas City could not catch up. Much more to come on locked on chief.

Chiefs beat themselves today. Missed fg, Trav not catching the ball. That’s 10 points right there .
The Chiefs were far and away the better team! Without Rice and Worthy they should’ve won this game. Kelce’s drop turned INT, 3 Eagles false start on 4th & inches at the 1/2 yard line, and Butker’s miss. The defense looks GREAT!! I feel better about the team while being sick over the loss 🤣
Oh great! 3 in a row losses may become 4 in a row as next game is a Ravens team who have scored a whopping 81 points in their first two games this year.

That 1st possession in the third quarter said it all. 3 passes complete for 8 yards, a two yard stop on 4th down in their own half of the field. Aweful!

Going for it on 4th and one deep in your own territory with THAT offensive line was a huge mistake.
