Houston-Harris County Sports Authority uses those boxes for guest groups. They’re just like regular luxury boxes, but you get to watch ant-sized baseball.
You don’t have to bring your own. They already have seats up there.
Probably easier to ask the Astros ticket office?

That’s a loaded seat… regular ticket… just upgraded with a wristband… done it a couple of times… more for party folks/single folks… bunch of hoes in there on Friday nights🤪
I’ve sat there before. It’s for people who want to network or socialize. Horrible view of the game. Good company outing for a group that wants to say they went to the game but not actually watch it
Honestly if you get seats even near there you can just walk up to it. I did this last year twice.
Edit: sorry there’s another large, nice, walk up bar area just below your circle. My mistake, but that’s where I ended up; not in your circled area
I’ve been. I don’t recommend it.
Fun fact: the first VIP seating in any sport was in the Astrodome!

These aren’t seats. You can buy a “seat” but it’s basically just a dedicated place for you to stand with a small counter to sit things on.
