A bit of a low-key day for the River Cats as we enter the last weekend of the season, but Wade Meckler got on base four times. It was Meckler’s fourth multi-hit game in a row, as he’s raised his season average in Triple-A from .273 to .286 over the four game span, and now has a .386 OBP and a .366 slugging percentage.

Wait Meckler will not be out of options? Is that a typo or is it correct to say he doesn’t have to make the team out of ST and we don’t have to DFA him? I thought he was in fact out of options in 26.
