THIS IS WHY The New York Jets Will Shock The NFL World Sunday…
[Music] What’s going on everybody? Welcome on into the Jets Report. My name is Patrick Seman and coming up on today’s show be sipping a little green Kool-Aid and explaining to you guys why I truly believe the New York Jets will go into Tampa Bay, beat the Buccaneers, and get that first win in the Aaron Glenn era. But it’s not going to be Justin Fields and at quarterback this weekend. It’s going to be Terrod Taylor. And if you guys got faith in the new QB one for the Jets getting it done, just type those twos down below. I think he’s going to add some juice to this team. I think he’s going to be able to push the ball downfield and I think he’s got a really good chance to go get a massive victory for his teammates. So, if you guys want to show him your support, type his jersey number. Type those twos down below. Now, I will say this first. There’s no doubt in my mind for the Jets to win this football game, they’re going to have to play their aame. The Buccaneers are still a very good football team. Even though they have injuries piling up, this is a team the last two weeks who have gone on the road and beat two good football teams in the Falcons and the Texans. So, for the Jets to go into their own building and get a massive win, they’re going to have to play their agame this weekend. That starts with a quarterback Trod Taylor. That’s my number one reason why the Jets will win, the Trod Taylor juice. Now, this guy clearly has a support of the locker room like Sauce Gardner was talking about him, Aaron Glenn, Tanner Angstrad, they all believe he is the guy that can get it done. And in the past with backup quarterbacks filling in, you kind of get that spark. And the backup QB juice is real in the NFL. We have seen this so many times. A backup QB is filling in for the starter for just one week like, you know, Terrod is for Justin Fields this upcoming week against the Buccaneers. And it’s just tough to game plan for because there is no film with Taylor being the quarterback for the 2025 version of the New York Jets. There’s really not a lot of solid film you can go off of off the last couple years because mainly when he’s gotten in there, it’s been garbage time. So, it’s going to be tough for the Buccaneers defense to get a good scout this week at practice. And plus, the Jets are going to need to throw the ball this weekend. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense is one of the best in the league at stopping the run. Right now they rank in uh fifth in the NFL in yards per carry allowed at 3.3, but they do allow deep shots down the field. They are 26th in the NFL with yards per pass attempt allowed. So with Trod Taylor being a just a natural, you know, better throw of the football than Justin Fields is at this point, I almost think this may be an advantage to the Jets team. And there’s one guy I’m looking out for. It’s the speedster. It’s the fourth round pick, Aaron Smith. This guy’s been quiet this season. He’s only had one catch. He’s had a couple of opportunities, but we really haven’t seen the Jets completely unleash him. And plus with Angstrag coming from the Detroit Lions, I’m sure he views Aaron Smith as maybe a little poor man’s Jameson Williams. So, I think early on in this game, I would not be shocked if it’s a deep play action shot for a deep post or just a streak route to number 82. So, watch out for him getting in the end zone this weekend. But, number one, the Terra Taylor Juice. It’s a real thing. It can spark a locker room. It can galvanize a team. I think it’s going to be huge this upcoming weekend. And then, you know, like I mentioned off the top of the show, this is a potential trap game spot for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Now, we all thought the trap game win for the Jets was going to come last week. The Buffalo Bills, you know, coming uh coming to town, coming off an emotional win on Sunday Night Football. It just didn’t end up being the case. And honestly, I think almost everybody was on the Jets being that potential trap win this uh past week. But now this week, nobody believes the Jets can win. But this is a trap game for the Buccaneers. It’s a short week. They’re just in Houston taking on a very physical Texans team which is also huge. It’s not like they were on the road taking the Panthers where they just kind of, you know, rolled them over and got an easy win. You had to put up a fight against a very good Texans defense and injuries are piling up for them. You know, already lost Kaji Kanye. You know, they lost Cody Mau. They’re already without the right tackle Get and Tristan Worse. His status is still TBD. So, injuries are piling up. And the Jets are also hungry. Like there are some really good players on this football team that are dying to get that first win. And Tampa also they’re coming off two emotional wins. Do come from behind victories on the road. It’s tough to just sustain that type of success. And also for the Jets, their blue chippers are going to all need to play like blue chippers. And that mainly starts up front in the trenches. I’m talking about Quinnon Williams, Will McDonald. Those two guys are gonna have to game wreck this game because Quinnon, you’re gonna be going up against a backup right guard, a shaky center, and a shaky left guard. And Will McDonald, you’re going up against a backup right tackle. You really have a chance to dominate this game. And also, Sauce Gardner has a great opportunity to take away whether that’s Mike Evans, Amecha Buuka in this spot. And then offensively, like, hey, Garrett Wilson, Bree Hall, even that offensive line, like all of you guys like Wilson specifically, he got paid. Go play up to that contract. Go have a massive win. Win all your one-on- ones. But the blue chippers are going to have to play like blue chippers this upcoming Sunday. Now, I do want to say first off, thank you guys. Once again, thank you to the DraftKings Sportsbook for sponsoring today’s show. Now, let’s dive into the rest of today’s episode. All right, my third reason why the Jets are going to win this game is nobody believes in the Jets. Absolutely nobody. You know, the Jets stock after week one, everybody was saying, “Oh, maybe the Jets got something cooking there.” You know, Tanner Angrad looked good. Justin Fields looked good. Now, there were some question marks on the defense, but honestly, the Jets stock one is at an all-time low right now, and it’s also just way too low in general. Like people think the Jets could be the worst team in the National Football League. There is no no doubt in my mind that that will not happen. And also everybody’s already crowning the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as these world beaters. You know, they’re saying they are for sure a dark horse in the NFC and they very well could be. But in this spot against the Jets, this is a tough matchup for them because the Jets roster, it can still compete with the Buccaneers. Like it’s not like the Jets have like a Carolina Panthers or a New Orleans Saints roster where it’s just like they just don’t really have too many blue chippers. they don’t have a lot of talent. That’s not the case for the Jets. You got Sauce, Quinnon, McDonald, you know, Garrett Wilson hopefully have that offensive line humming this upcoming weekend. And just in the end, like the Buccaneers, I just think maybe people are a tad too high on them. I am is still a massive fan of that team and what they have done, but I just think in as a whole, people are way too low on the Jets. Like I understand this football team is 0 and2. They looked horrible last week, but they also looked horrible against a Buffalo Bills team that could potentially win 15 games this upcoming season. So stock two is too low on the Jets. Stock is in my opinion just a tad too high on the Buccaneers. And also this I think the Jets are going to dominate the trenches. You know the one advantage even though the Jets are 0 and2 the one positive so far of this season is that they have an identity and that is a very tough spot to be in as a bad team to have an identity. But that’s what the Jets have and that’s a huge advantage because they know what they want to accomplish. the other teams know what the Jets are ideally trying to do and that can set up, you know, some, you know, counter punches, that can set up some, you know, curve balls the Jets can throw at them. But I think also this is going to be a big game for the offensive line because if the Jets offensive line, if they can get downhill, especially late in this game, that will be huge. And you know what I’ve been saying is that the pass game is going to have to set up the run game this upcoming weekend. But I think the run game is also going to have to close it out. Like if you do get up in this matchup with Reese Hall and Brilen Allen and that offensive line, you should be able to get downhill because if you are able to, you know, use the pass to set up the run this Sunday, that should also allow the Jets to, you know, just have those linebackers playing more on their heels instead of their toes with the pass setting up the run. So, we’ll wait and see how that, you know, ends up shaking out, what exactly their game plan is this upcoming Sunday. But, I expect the Jets to be super aggressive early in this game, take some chances down the field with a guy like Aaron Smith, and then, you know, using the pass, you know, set up that run game, then you let that, you know, run game close it out late in this matchup. But, you’re going to have to get downhill eventually in this spot. But again, just be more aggressive early in this game. Take a chance, Arian Smith. Even just let a guy like Garrett Wilson get a deep shot like he can get behind the defense. even just get Mason Taylor up the scene. Maybe those deep crossers could really get them going. But you do all that, get them more on their heels, and then you start getting downhill and start pressing the issue against that Buccaneers defense. And my last reason why I think the Jets are going to win, road game reset. Now, it is very rare for a team in the NFL where I think it is an advantage for them heading on the road. But with this Jets team, you lost a heart a heartbreaker at home week one. You get embarrassed on your home turf at week two. I think it’s honestly an advantage for the Jets heading on the road this upcoming weekend. And you know, also when you go on the road, there’s something that can kind of just spark that locker room where it’s like, hey, it’s just our 53 guys. We’re going on the road. We’re taking on a good football team. Nobody believes in us. It’s a very easy rahrah speech for those leaders in that locker room and the coaching staff to hopefully galvanize this team and spark them into getting a victory. So, I think it’s a good thing they’re on the road. You know, obviously a couple of boob birds started coming out last weekend with that performance in the first half, but now you have a chance on the road. Nobody believes in you. I think the Jets are going to get it done. But if you guys made it to the end of today’s show, we appreciate you. And if you guys did, hit me with a go JS down below in the comment section. Jets haven't been consistent so far. Hallmark of a young team. Jets have to get the defense squared away. Jet defense has to improve up front and put pressure on Mayfield. Already subscribed. If I hit the subscribe button again I won't be subscribed anymore. I believe in the Jets. Also, HC Glenn will get everything on that defense corrected. Offense, having a bad game against the Bills is nothing to worry about. As the OC moves along he will gain experience and will be able to make changes on the fly. There will be quite a few Jet fans in Tampa. Go J.E.T.S.

Defense better step up on Sunday!!
This take is dumber than the Asshat’s take on the patriots chat sports channel
What is our identity?
We have too many OL and DL problems
I think Taylor is a better QB then fields he just can’t stay healthy he’s way better tho
If Taylor wins this game he should start going foward
