  4. I don’t think mgmt has any idea of the expectations the fans have. We’re tired of watching a 2 line team with absolute garbage special teams. We’ve got new assistant coaches ( finally!) and a lot of new players and a great goalie who’s been wasted the last 2 seasons.

    A) claimed Lou destroyed this team, but won’t acknowledge his back to back ECF runs

    B) still hold a grudge against Tavares, our best player in recent history

    C) cried when we honored Ovechkins all time goals record, a ceremony that was on par with all major sports’ all time record breaking events

    D) were rooting for us to make the playoffs last year just so we could say “we made the playoffs”, which would’ve resulted in us NOT completely upgrading our prospect pool

    Yea seems pretty par for the course, 75% of the fanbase thinks they’re GMs and don’t wanna be patient

  13. Well they didnt gain the zone till a min into it and then still did nothing. Later PP looked better

  16. We have seen the exact pp fail with better players on it. Force a backwards (sometimes blind) pass to barzal. Pray he dekes through 5 guys. If by some miracle he does we then stand still slowly passing as if the shoot button is broken on the controller. Don’t get a shot off then play like crap the following 4 minutes. I have no interest in watching that again especially without brock and noah

  17. Given our power play has been atrocious and inept for so many years and to see the same exact approach to it, boos are gonna fly. Not saying it won’t be addressed but it would have been nice to see crisp passing and shooting on net. Gross is just being gross.
