The real answer is fire Callahan after losing to the Texans.
The problem is it shouldn’t even be a decision at this point. Why keep him? So he can win 2 games this season before he’s fired? For what good? You already F’d up Cam’s development this year by keeping BC for a second season so why not go full dysfunctional and fire him after 3 games? Prolonging this is doing nothing but making the fans more mad
If they don’t give him the full season it will probably happen after the Chargers game that way they have the bye week to make adjustments necessary.

IMO, the only reason you keep him any longer is if you actually think he can turn things around. If not, you gotta fire him as soon as possible. At the end of the day, all the players and staff are still human. Most people have worked for shitty bosses, or have had shitty coaches. It is such a relief when those people are replaced. Any benefit in “continuity”, is outweighed by the negativity and bad habits that it breeds. If the players don’t believe in Cally, it will do more harm than good to keep him as a lame duck coach.
