With ONE WEEK left of the season, who leads the final MVP poll πŸ‘€πŸ‘€? (Judge OR Raleigh for AL MVP??)

3-2 is hit high and deep to left and there is no doubt about this one deep into the second deck. Number 23 on the season for George Springer and it’s another high-fly ball to deep left field and George Springer has done it again. Remarkable it is 445 even longer than the one he hit in the second inning. As Springer hits a high-fly ball to left field, Hayes is going back. It is gone. A leadoff home run for George Springer. George Springer is having a career season. You hit them hard, they go out of the ballpark. You hit them soft, they drop in front of the outfielders. And George is hot. Springer’s up to 304. Get out of here, ball. Get out of here. Scouring fly ball to left center. And can you believe it? George Springer has done it again. He’s been up three times. We’re in the fourth inning. He’s got two home runs, three RBI’s, and he scored three runs. Quit knocks it down with a dive to his feet. Long throw in. Oh, no way. What a cannon. Yeah, I don’t think you’re going to be checking anything. Jawdropping stuff from Bobby W Jr. once again. Bobby’s for two tonight. Couple of ground outs and a walk. Hit high in the air. Deep to left field. Warren to the track. He’s at the fence. It’s gone. A go ahead. Bobby blast. The Royals take a 43 lead in the eighth. That’s what you look for, guy. If you want to get beat by your best pitch, you’ve got to throw it. And he did. Credit him. He didn’t get beat with his slider. He threw a fast ball and Junior tagged it. Rocked high in the air deep right. Perez back at the wall. He’s out of room. It’s out of here. Jose Ramirez has put the Guardians in front. Three to one with his 35th career home run against the Tigers. That he knew it. I was watching him come out of the batters box. He knew he got it all. And he looked into that dugout and he knew they were pumped. So, the right man in the right spot here. Mr. inevitable delivers yet again. He drills this one a deep right field. Going back, it is gone. A home run for Jos Ramirez. Put it in the books, folks. 30 homers, 31 doubles, 40 stolen bases, and he’s not done yet. 22nd home run allowed by Joe Ry. Did you see how he took that 200 pass ball inside? He just spin on it. Normally you see him get after it and then that very next pitch he just jumped all over it. Fly ball right field foul pole. It is fair and gone. Number 55 Cal Raleigh. Move over Mick. Cal Raleigh is the new switchhitting home run king. A player and a season baseball has never seen before. Number 55 comes in Kansas City. Man, that ball was absolutely destroyed. Cal deep the opposite way and history. Number 57. A number never said before. The most ever by a Mariner. He has passed Ken Griffy Jr. A truly transcendent season by Cal Raleigh. He’s amazing, isn’t he? I mean, this is unbelievable what this guy’s doing. Chance of MVP. Heck yes. High drive right center field. There it goes. See youa. Home run number 359. He’s in sole possession of fifth place, breaking the tie with Yogi Barra. And the Yankees lead one- nothing. Uh, I mean, it’s there. It is right there. Again, putting yourself in the same spot, getting a pitch, and having the power that Aaron Judge has to go to any part of the ball field. And Judge rips one out toward left center field. This one headed way back beyond the monster as Aaron Judge catapults the Yankees to a one- nothing lead. That’s a mistake. A forcing fast ball right over the heart of the plate. and he stood up on him because he knew that baseball was into the night. Not coming back. That’s a pretty swing. His 47th home run this year. He has 101 RBI’s. There he is. The big guy taking the mound. Start number 29 on the season for Paul Skins. Good chance. He’s going to capture his first Sai Young of who knows how many. Skines getting ready to face Otani and the Dodgers. Added a little bit. 99 on that one. Still excellent location. There’s triple digits. That’s a tough one to pull the trigger on right there. 2-2 and a wave and a miss at the sweeper. Did he go? Yes, he did. That’s four strikeouts for Ski tonight and 191 on the season as he’s approaching 200 strikeouts for the year. Tasker Hernandez down on strikes gets another strike out. Six for Skins. That’s it. 99 miles an hour strikes him out. That’s seven for Schemes. He does hard stuff upstairs. Strikes out Otani for a second time tonight. Eight strikeouts overall. Will this be the pitch to get him to 200 for the year. There it is. 200 strikeouts for Paul Skins. Throw that ball out. 200 Ks. Yeah, it doesn’t throw the ball out, but it’s status quo for Paul Skins. Domo drops it into left center. Here comes Gabby. Heraldo Pomo has tied the ball game. The fourth hit in this inning and it’s 8 to8. They’ve come all the way back. Peromo with his second RBI hit tonight and Murphy’s out to the mound. Pomo does a nice job just staying with it. Renomo jacks one way up in the air and this one’s going to go. What a start for the Diamondbacks. [Applause] A no doubter right out of the gates and they strike first here in San Francisco. Sodto blasts one deep right field headed toward the Coca-Cola corner. It’s gone. Juan Sodto with a monstrous blast and it’s two nothing New York. Number 40 for Juan Sodto. Just one shy of his careerh high now and he hit it out of sight. I’ve always said he’s so quick inside. The mistake that Milner made was it was down instead of up and in. Juan just turned on it. One out in the inning. The infield halfway at second is short. Sodto flies one out to center pretty deep. Back goes Young to the warning track at the wall. It’s out of here. One Sodto with a new careerhigh 42 home runs. A threerun shot and the Mets lead it 8-4. That was one of those Juan Sodto backspin fly balls that just kept on going. It just does not come out of the air, Gary. And that one is smoked deep to right field toward the second deck. So a home run for Kyle Schwarber, his 46th of the year. It’s his fifth home run in his last 10 games against the Braves. That one is drilled deep to right field toward the pole. Gone. Second home run of the night. This one a two-run shot. 47 on the year. 103 Phils. That one’s the opposite way. Proofar is going back. It’s carrying pretty well. It is gone. It’s a three home run nights. It’s his fourth one of his career. He decided to go oppo. 153 Bills and this place is going crazy. One, two, that one’s drilled deep to right field. He has done it. Four home runs in a game. A threerun home run. Man, he got to get a curtain call. Weston, you got to step out. Yeah. 21st player all time in baseball history to have four home runs in the game. He’s the fourth Philly to do it and the first since Mike Schmidt in 1976. Get him up there, boys. Two two strikes him out. Popped out of his hand but caught the zone and Schwarber watches it. Strike three. First one from Otani as a fast ball bounce back to him and a scoreless top of the first for Otani who hustles over there to put on the hitting gear. Fast ball gets him looking and he strikes him out. throws the sweeper out of that same tunnel. Bookend Ks on a one two3 second ground ball to third. Easy one for Kik Hernandez. One, two, three, third for Show Otani. Delivered three no hit innings. Strikes him out on three pitches. Back foots the curveball right there that they have as a team have adopted early. Otani gets a wave and a miss on a slider right there for his fifth K. Kepler drives the ball to left center field. Call running back at the track at the wall. He’s got it. Caught at the wall for out number two. Driven the other way. Tasker Hernandez is over and Show Otani has fired five no hit innings against the Phillies. Highf fly ball to deep right field. Five no hit innings on the mound and a skyscraping home run. There’s nobody like him. Never has been. Doubtful there ever will be. On a 2-2 with a towering tank to left field. There goes number 53. Right on Q. Show is showtime. Swung by a great left-handed hitter, but hit like a right-handed pole hitter.

  1. Its a travesty if Judge won it over Raleigh's historic season especially if he hit 60. On the NL side, is there any doubt? Ohtani already won the MVP a couple months ago.
