They allowed points on the posh opponents first 10 drives this season and now face on a short week the Buffalo Bills. Ojo, hey, can I tell you something? You know we going we going to play in Buffalo, right? Thursday night. I know that. Yes. If I was to sit here and tell you right that if you understand the game of football, if you understand the way the NFL works, that the Dolphins gonna go in there and they’re going to beat Buffalo Thursday night, would you believe me? You would. You wouldn’t believe it. If I tell you Friday morning that the Miami Dolphins will be one and two going into week four, would you believe me? Okay. I saw what Drake May did to y’all. I think uh well having having uh some some talks with Reek and whatnot um that if I do just don’t think that that I’m going to throw at it 80 yards like as you’re running just do your best to track it cuz you could potentially stop. That’s what ended up happening on that play for for Reek. And then with him and Wadd with those deeper outbreing routes, um just trying to help them get open while maneuvering uh you know the corner uh in the flat. I’m I’m confused. Yeah, I’m I’m I need better context. I I would love to see the play he’s referring to. Well, I saw Tariq pull up and he caught a deep pass. Got kind of overran the play. I saw that. But I’m trying to figure out how you trying to help them get open on deep outbreaking routes. No, you have to you have to throw them open. Just throw to throw to a spot. Yeah. Two is a a rhythm. He tu is a rhythm and timing quarterback. Yeah. You know, we know you not making no plays off rhythm. Yeah. I mean it it you you throw them open and he’s great at that. He’s one of the best in the NFL at that. Regardless of what people may say when it comes to putting the ball in places in position before before receivers are even out of their break, he is great at placing the ball and throwing receivers open. That’s what he does extremely well and he always has. But he but he but you know what, Oo, he has to because he doesn’t have the strongest arm. So he has to throw with great anticipation. So the ball basically have to be out of his hand before they out of the break. Yeah. But I I I like So he’s like, “Well, I need to, you know, try to, you know, get them open while also maneuvered in the pocket.” But that’s But but on deep outs, that’s real. That’s timing. Ain’t nothing you can do. Yeah. You You hope you call that play expecting a certain defense. I I’m I don’t know. I may maybe I’m going to have to watch some of these games so I can get a better I mean like really really hone in. And that’s because I I don’t get what he’s saying though. I really don’t. Yeah. Cuz he’s like I need to I need to get them open while also trying to maneuver in in the pocket. He obviously we know two is not a the dual threat quarterback. Just pocket present maneuvering and being able to throw on the run and throw them open is the only thing I could take from that. I I I w I watched the game today. So that that’s all that’s all he could possibly mean. Yeah. Okay. I’m gonna take your word for it because I’m I’m a little confused. After being booed throughout the game, Mike McDaniel was asked if he’s worried about his job. I think if I worry about my job security, I won’t be doing my job. I won’t spend one moment thinking about all the things that whatever people want me to think about. Oo, put your uh uh your prognostication hat on. Who goes first, Mike McDaniel or Tyreek? Oh, that’s a good question. That is a great question and I’ I I’d be better suited to answer that question if we were further into the season and things were looking like they look right now. Well, that’s the whole whole objective. That’s why we don’t want you to get farther into the season. That’s why that’s why I say put your prognostication hat on because we get farther into the season, we don’t have to put the hat on, right? I I I would think probably probably Tyreek. I think Tyreek would would probably go. Do they have any anybody with head coaching experience on that on the on the coaching staff? That could be what? Interim coach? Yes. Um I’m not because there’s a great chance you’re going to start 0 and three. That that definitely not happen. I I I told you that already. Huh? You got to listen to me when I tell you stuff now. Especially about the game of football. Ain’t gonna do that. Like I I know I know stuff. I know.
