  1. Awe fercrissake! He has a long season to get his extension signed. Players aren't that actively involved in the negotiations process. No reason to panic and no reason to sensationalize what he says in an interview.

  3. Sure he wants to sign here, he can play 40 games a year, get a truckload of cash and the Wild can be a perennial wild cards 1st round out in six games team. He can have more time to spend in Mother Russia every year that way. Trade is ass and max value by the deadline and be done with this.
