All right. Sometimes the task at hand is right in front of your eyes and all it takes is what we’ve got in this room. All 11 guys doing their job, figuring out a way to do it. Snap after snap after snap. Football philosophy, right? How do you guys think we did? All about the ball. All right. We won the turnover battle five nothing. Give it up for yourself. It led right into the performance of being fundamentally sound. All right. a situational master that mattered today was getting off to a fast start and keeping the momentum all the way through. All right. And then the last part of it, maybe some days the most important part of it was we got back to the attacking schemes mixed with play style all over the tape. O line, you dominated the line of scrimmage. All right. All day long. Flo did an unbelievable job mixing the calls. All right. Keeping them off balance, but it felt like us in attack mode all day. All right. Give it up for the defense. Yes, sir. I thought our coverage units were outstanding. I thought we kicked the ball fantastic punter kicker. I thought our ability to run down there and set the tone when we did put that in play on the kickoff was huge. Give it up for the kicking game. All right, but I got some game balls. All right, I got some game balls. All right, you don’t force five turnovers without having guys make a lot of plays. And I’m going to hit you guys individually right now, but as a group for these three, Josh Matelis with a huge interception. Seth Makuda and Jonathan Allen both recovering a fumble. You got to stay ready. You got to stay ready for that ball to come out. There’s moments as a coach where, you know, regardless of what transpired today, I had this waiting for this player. Had it wait for waiting for this player. All right. It’s been a long time coming, but nobody’s had a journey over the last 10 and a half, 11 months like this guy. All right. And the look in his eye all week long in practice told me everything was going to be all right. And not only all right, 71 came back and said to the rock today. All right. We had a guy toing the rock today. And toad it did he ever. All right. This guy had 16 carries for 116 and careerhigh guys. It was a battle today, right? It was a battle with two guys that weren’t necessarily starting quarterbacks to start the season. This guy seemed like he was ready to just come in, play point guard, drive the show, and carry us all day. Give it up for Carson West. And you know when you show up to the stadium and I wonder if he thought to himself this morning, by the end of the day, I’m going to have the Vikings career-long field goal. All right. I wonder if he thought that. And knowing this guy as well as I do, I bet that’s exactly what he freaking thought. Right. Exactly what he thought. Will the thrill 62 yd field goal? All right. And the last one. I don’t know if I’ve seen a performance like it. I don’t know if I’ve seen a performance like I said yesterday. All right. The number one thing was our leaders would lead the way. All right. And I felt that all over our football team, captains, the 28 guys that receive votes, this guy’s one of them. And every single play out there, it’s rare for you to feel like a defensive player, all right? especially in the secondary is about to change the game again and again and again. What an unbelievable performance today. I can’t say enough, man. So proud you’re here. This is why we brought you here, Isaiah. You guys responded. All right, we chase this feeling right now. We wanted it all week. We work like it. But do not let that result on that scoreboard cloud what really happened over the last six, seven days. All right. A football team, a very talented football team, looked adversity square in the eye and decided to do what? Get closer. Work a little bit harder. Let your leaders lead the way and then ultimately came out and these three and a half hours are just a byproduct of all those things. Now the question is consistency. Now the question is, can we go back to work and make it look the same? Can we handle whatever’s out in front of us, all right, from an adversity standpoint of travel and all that stuff? Here’s what I know. I can’t wait to watch this team get to play a football game next week. And and thank God we get one a week. All right, cuz I’d go nuts if we didn’t.
