Are they selling, or prepping for a big trade?

  1. More picks to trade up with and a decision that Brownlee has a ceiling on his development that’s not much higher than where he’s at now

  2. This team has no plan, no intelligence, no clue. Sell the team if this is how you run an NFL organization.

  3. Wilson said to lighten up on the penalties and JBJ said go fuck yourself lol. But in all seriousness, there’s a theory floating around that JBJ faked the ankle injury because of Wilson’s comments. We will probably ever know for sure.

  4. There has to be a larger issue behind the scenes, but without knowing that issue this looks like a bad trade.

  5. How would this be either?

They were either sick of his shit or he was sick of their shit or both.

  6. I would hope it’s a behind the scenes issue. If it was for penalties or poor play, we would have shipped out the majority of the team by now.

  7. The team is undisciplined, and JBJ was one of the main offenders.
From interviews with both him and Dennard they had clearly talked about it and JBJ didn’t think he needed to change his play style.
Looks like the team is making a stand against undisciplined players.

  8. What the actual fuck is the thought process here, we trade away a CB that gets playing time to move up 1 round? Im losing my mind here

  9. My big issue with this trade is I see no reason we couldn’t have got the same deal 3 weeks from now if the penalties didn’t inprove.

  10. JBJ must have pissed the wrong person off. He’s gotten way too many penalties, sure, but on a better team, he wouldn’t have gotten penalized as much for aggressive play. We need corners and depth. The unequal return value(he was a 5th round pick but became a starter) tells me they just did a deal as quickly as they could to get him gone.

Either that, or the fire sale started way early…

  11. just sell the old guys already. Ridley, Pollard, and Sneed. Send them away. stop this BS with expecting veterans to step up and be great, and when nothing works because everything around them is trash as well, just be done with it. Send them away, then we dont have any expectations from Elic, and co, we might even see Restrepo, it’s a tank team, load up on picks, be the #1 overall and trade back for more picks. Kick off the rebuild. Borgonzi picks a new HC for ward, and both Borgonzi and the HC are able to draw a line and create something completely new with Ward.

  12. A putrid trade that will deserve some serious public explanation for anyone to get behind.

  13. I think there’s a reason behind it. Inconsistent play and team leading penalties despite missing time. Gave an interview saying he wasn’t going to change so 🤷 people forget we have like 160 million in cap next year and he likely wasn’t going to be the starter anyway.

  14. I said it on gameday and got down voted. Armour-Davis is going to be better, and Brownlee is an undisciplined dud. Dude gets penalized over and over and says I’m not changing. Kick rocks

  15. drafted in the 5th, traded him off with a 7th, in exchange for a 6th… cause that makes sense somehow.

  16. This team will take an awful idea, weight out every option, and purposely pick the worst option.

  17. Kid is going to flourish anywhere but here. This is poorly ran organization. Why the fuck did we Adouze walk just to trade Brownlee. We are getting dangerously close to fuck the Titans territory..

  18. I’ve heard it was some behind the scenes issue. I have no source, just heard ot through the grape vine

  19. Winston and our 6th rd CB who looked good are coming in. We movin on to next season already I guess. Just wanna see ward and restrepo ball

  20. Probably stave off malcontents in the locker room I could be wrong but Brian is on a very hot seat
