We are here with Sandy Alcantra for Game Day relief presented by Geico. Sandy, how you feeling? Always feeling great. Feeling great. Thank you for having me. Oh my gosh. Of course. So, we’re going to talk about some in between moments during a game, some things that you do off a field to unwind after a start. Sounds good. Yeah, sure. On a non-start day, I’m always very curious about this. You’re sitting in the dugout. Are you playing the games on the jumbotron? Are you singing along during the seventh inning stretch? Like, what does it look like in between days that you’re not starting? uh you know just came here in the first inning uh sitting in the dugout with my teammates you know supporting who’s pitching who’s who’s hitting you know so uh yeah sometime we got to stretch on the seven inning so uh I don’t like to sing you know because I’m too bad on it um the best singer yeah but I’m trying to have some fun with my teammates you know um I have a conversation about life about family game and everything so I think um you got to enjoy those moments would you rather pitch in rollerblades or pitch with your other arm. Uh my older arm really. You think you’re going to be extra so you can do the other arm? I just need like couple year, you know, like getting a lot to myself, you know. So Geico provides supercharged care. How do you recharge when you’re off the clock? Yeah, I go home, uh drink a lot of water. I try to relax myself the most of the game. Um play a little bit of video game, then go straight to bed. And Sandy, what is your go-to pitch in tough moments? I want to say my submarine slider, you know. So change the arm angle. Get after it. Yeah. For I’ll be here, you know.
