Call me delusional, but I still believe Bam has another gear we haven’t seen yet—watch out for him this season 🔥

  1. The year is 2038 and some Heat fans reminisce on Bam’s potential 5th gear.

“Man, that Bam is going to pop off this year dude, I feel it in my bones.”

“I don’t know Cletus, Bam retired years ago ringless and stuck on 3rd gear!”

  2. I’m not sure about another gear but he has all the tools he can refine to be a better player. Either way, would much rather see the optimism than pessimism.

  3. If he could be for the whole year what he was next to Ware for the last 35ish games of the 24-25 regular season, it will be his best individual season of his career.

In those last 35 regular season games he averaged 21/9/4 on 43% 3pt shooting and 60% True Shooting. More confidence as well. He was also playing his more natural role as a roamer on defense, and kicking ass in said role. Opposing 4s were also having an awful time trying to guard him.

  4. Espn has him ranked top 25. I’ve always said if Bam can find a way to be a top 12-15 player in the leauge, we’re a different team. But as the saying goes, “If if was a fifth we’d all be drunk.” All of that said, we’re best when Bam is at his best! Stay positive Heat fans!

  5. unfortunately think weve seen bams peak. Less aggressive, shooting more threes, post game non existent. Feels like his game is devolving

  6. Bro just handed his girl her **FOURTH** MVP, surely that’ll rub off on him this year right? ^(right?)

No but seriously, Bam is a dawg and I think the Jimmy chaos had a real impact on him and the rest of the team last year. He’s ready to prove the haters wrong.

  7. 20 and 10 (ish) with his 2020-2024 efficiency, and elite defense is all I’m expecting. If he can shoot 35% from 3 on 4-5 attempts, that helps as well.

  8. Give him another Kyle Lowry type playmaker, and he’ll get into that new level. His best year was with Lowry, a playmaker.

In a hypothetical event that Trae Young becomes available, you go all in for him. Him or Haliburton are the only stars I’d trade Tyler for , again, hypothetically.

  9. I mean, I do think that as he gets older his mid-range to long range will get better, but that’ll be much further in his career

  10. He just needs to be aggressive. I feel like he fell in love with the “passing big” label and doesn’t look for his own shot enough.

  11. You are delusional… but, I do think this year with him going back to the full PF position with Ware at the C position, with a new year not having to deal with Jimmy’s bullshit and then Herro hurting himself for the first half of the year, he’s gonna have a monster season.

  12. I don’t expect big improvement from bam but i find it hilarious how pessimistic and negative most people itt are.  Despite the fact that most of these people ignore herro’s glaring flaws and think he’s some great offensive option, or that davion mitchell is gonna morph into jrue holiday 6 years into his career. If you tell them otherwise they get angry and call you toxic. Bam is our best and most accomplished talent yet so much of this fanbase treats him like shit.
