Lafferty would be a complete waste. Give me anyone else in that spot. The guy is a career -39 and had 7pts last year in 60 games.
Tracey’s been covering the team for a long time, so it’s interesting that she’s completely given up on Reichel. Also, I know the defensive group might be rough this year, with some learning curves going on, but at least I feel like we’re on the right track with these guys, and if Grzelcyk takes a spot for a year, that’s probably fine too. But if Burakovsky struggles, and that bottom six is basically a black hole of offense, then I don’t know what the plan B is. Really hoping Lardis has a good showing in preseason, because he seems like the only potential difference maker we’ve got until the next round of forward prospects (Frondell, Boisvert, and Kantserov) show up next year/at the end of the season.
Looks very close but I think there will be more Crevier and less Levshunov at the start. But confidence in this is only about 55% it could go either way.
Otherwise that is probably ipening night roster minus injuries.
