This 49ers’ offseason gamble already is paying dividends

Its about Greenlaw.
This really sucks. I was really pulling for denver’s defense to be a real winner.
I was hoping Broncos would use him to beat the chiefs up, but the chargers showed out from nowhere to do the job
I hope greenlaw returns before denvers playoff chances are done, they really struggling to stop the run.
Weird conclusion when they wanted to resign him, made an offer and he just chose the broncos over us.
Offseason gamble? They offered him more money than Denver. Fans might love him, but management is lucky he opted to go with the Broncos.
“Gambit”?
You mean letting our older and injury prone players walk?
If we had a lot of departures it’s probably because we had a lot of older and injury prone players.
Some big names, but real talk, none of them will be getting into the HOF. Even Deebo, a player I absolutely loved, his skill set can be replaced.
I feel like articles used to be more effort and have substance. What did I just read?
From a writer who’s been at SI for a month, follows the team from the UK, and specializes in motogp. I’m sorry but this seems like a fan writing an article. Just glad its not another GC written piece. 0
Greenlaw hasn’t even played a single snap for Denver.
I’m downvoting only because this article sucks and didn’t need to be shared. They don’t deserve the ad revenue they are getting for your clicks
Dee Winters – 6th rounder. Time to add him to the Lynch-Late Round all-stars
Maxed out their FSA?
Grant Cohn didn’t write this article, but he’s in the pop-up video so it might as well be one of his.
I mean, they didn’t choose to walk away lol. They legitimately offered him just as much as the Broncos did IIRC (possibly even more?) but he chose to leave. Dre didn’t want to be second fiddle to anyone and wanted to be *the guy* which is impossible when your partner is the best LB in the NFL. Dre was very good but he would always be in Fred’s shadow.
A bit of a dumb article as that is pretty well known information so I have a hard time believing whoever wrote it didn’t know that and is just hoping the people reading don’t, or expecting people to call it out and drum up conversation and comments.
