D’Andre Swift | Mic’d Up | Chicago Bears

Let’s go to work, boy. Let’s do it. Let’s do it. Let’s do it. Let’s do it. Let’s do it, let’s do it, let’s do it. (A great day for football.) (It is time.) (Time to start establishing some home
dominance.) From the start, KB (Kevin Byard).
From the start, KB! Let’s do it. Let’s do it, bro.
I’m picking you up all day. Yes sir, yes sir. let’s do it! I got you, boy. I got you, I got you. Let’s go to work, boy, let’s go to work! (It is warm, a little muggy, bright skies.) (And the fans are ready
for a good old fashioned NFC showdown.) Woo! let’s do it, let’s do it. Let’s do it! I got you.
We need it!
I got you. I got you. They go as you go.
Ahhhh! You get that hole. Let’s do it. Meet me down there somewhere.
I’ll be running. Say no more. (laughing) One of the time, y’all. Let’s have some fun out there, y’all.
Let’s have some fun out there. (First and ten from the 32 yard line.) (Tap and a throw.) Wide open, Loveland! Backing up to the 50
to the 40 yard line to the Cowboys!) (And he’s wrestled down near the 37!) Yeah. (laughing) (Left to right from the Cowboy 35.) (Snap back, Caleb going to throw down the left sideline!). (Open at the ten, to the five!) (Odunze!) let’s go! Let’s go! (Touchdown!) (Touchdown Bears!) (beats chest and grtunts) Nice shot, boy! Another drive, y’all, another drive.
Another drive. (Here’s the pitch to Swift.) (Tosses it back to Caleb Williams.) (Looking deep down the left side!) (Going for Luther Burden, over the shoulder, 20!) (10, 5, endzone! Touchdown!) (Touchdown Bears!) (Screaming) Hey! Hey! Hey 10! Hey 10! What did I tell you? What did I tell you! What did I tell you! Wait till you see the throwback. Oh my God,
I had to cut it back to get that one. (What about the flip back to Caleb?) Oh that one for sure! That was a ridiculuosly
acrobatic play to even catch it!) Way to save me. (laughing) It just went like this. Yo! Are you good? How have you been? Let’s go score, Cole. Let’s go score, buddy. (Dump ball, caught, 30.) (Swift left, 35. 40. 45. Inside cut, midfield!) (To the 40 of the Cowboys!) (Now a race to the 30 and he’s
brought down inside the 25!) (There you go! D’Andre Swift
hitting the rails and rolling, for a big gain!) (laughing) (A little pressure up the middle! Back of the end zone
over the middle, touchdown!) (Touchdown, Cole Kmet!) (Touchdown Bears!) Good job, boy! (laughing) Yo, work for me on this backside
right here! On this backside! Work
for me on the backside! Gotta go! Gotta go! Gotta go! (Takes and hands off to Swift.) (Opening off the left side! 20, 25, 30!) (Out of bounds near the 35!) (Swift plows forward.) (Here’s Swift.) (Swift, right up the middle!) (Snap. Hand off. Swift.) (Two right, two left. Takes the snap.) (Looking. Scanning. Now running right.) (Gonna throw! Back of the end zone!) (D.J. Moore! Touchdown!) (Touchdown Bears!) (laughing) Yea, two! Yea, two! (So a nine minute and 54 second drive.) (19 plays.) (76 yards. 31-14, Bears!) That’s all you, four! That’s all you right there, boy!
Yeah, boy! You kept that drive alive, boy! That’s how you execute.
We needed that one! We needed that one!
It’s only one, though. That’s one! Now we got build from here! D’Andre, great job, man. Great job, bud!
Good luck the rest of the way, thank you. My boy! Keep working, buddy. I’m alright. You good? Came out healthy? Yea, yea, yea. Keep doing your thing! Keep doing your thing!
I already know! Yeah, boy! Damn, boy! Much respect my boy! Keep going bro, keep going! Woo! That’s the first one.

In a game full of hard hits and big plays, D’Andre Swift carried the rock — and the mic — against the Dallas Cowboys.

  1. You can already see Swift hitting holes harder with confidence. Think he gets a knock for trying to make shit happen cuz he didn't trust the blocking, but coaching helping his game. He will never be a bruiser but is always locked in on the play.

  2. Swift is running like he trusts.
Flea Flicker moments build trust. (Thanks for saving me)
Can't wait to see a little more bonding with this team and really see them fight for each other.
Thats when the real team will show up!

  3. If he’ll put on a few more pounds of muscle he’ll be a good back. I know he doesn’t want to compromise on speed but sometimes that’s what u gotta do. He blocked his ass off though. We should definitely start splitting more reps between him and Kyle. Would like to see what Kyle can do with more reps.

  4. Lets go swift. 1k+ all purpose yards last season, and fans say he’s not a number 1 because hes not having a pro bowl like season 3 games into a new staff 😂. Bear fans…BEAR DOWN. Swift is a dog
