I saw some posts saying it was a mistake bringing him up now. It turns out it wasn’t. It gave him a chance to get his feet wet, and eliminate any butterflies he may have when the season opens in 2026. He chases a lot less than I thought…is always balanced, and has power to all feels with a crazy short quick swing especially for being 6 ft 7. Once he gets familiar with these pitchers and works on his offspeed recognition, sky is the limit. You can tell pitchers are already super careful with him. Hes a presence we’ve lacked

Balls aren’t dropping (literally 30 PAs) but he’s done a good job drawing walks .175 higher OBP than average and 2/3 hits have been doubles.
