5 Things To Know About The Jets Heading into Week 3 vs the Buccaneers

It’s September 18th. Here are five things you need to know about the New York Jets. Number one, Justin Fields sustained a concussion against the Buffalo Bills. He’s in concussion protocol. That means Tyrod Taylor will get his first start for the Green and White. Number two, these coaches know each other quite well. Back in 2000, Aaron Glenn’s position coach will here with the Jets was Todd BS. And then later in 2005, AG again was in Todd B’s room with the Cowboys. Number three, Sus Gardner is Pro Football Focus’s second highest quarterback after two weeks. We saw him match up with DK Metaf in week one. Expect the same down in Tampa against future Hall of Famer Mike Evans. Number four, the Jets have a very talented defensive front and they’re going to be going against a mass unit. The Buccaneers might be without three of their starters and Baker Mayfield was taken down for four sacks Monday night against the Texans. Number five, this is the Buccaneers home opener. They’re going to be wearing their creamsicle uniforms, but the Jets are going to make sure those fans are frozen out with the victory. Watch pregame central.
