the only time our team looks remotely competent is when kyler runs hurry up and pulls shit out of his ass. our sorry ass run game and conservative playcalling is tanking this man’s career
We can score with a faster tempo maybe that’s a hint this slow offense needs to speed things up.
He’s averaging 185 yards passing per game.

As a Bears fan who got to watch Fields and Caleb run for their lives, I can see a lot of the same problems with the Cardinals. On some plays Kyler had less than a second or 2 to throw. Hard to go through progressions, forced to scramble and play hero ball…
It’s either the coordinator or the line.
He’s truly not that good but you guys can go root for him when he’s on the Steelers or whatever

When gannon and crew arrived I expected the no huddle plays to lessen but not to this extent that we only do no huddle in situation like this.
With kliff they keep defense on toes with it but big downside was we go 3-and-out so fast and our time of possesion was a disaster.

From an outside perspective who’s watched y’all’s games, it honestly looks like Petzing has a case of the want-to-feel-important’s, which is honestly not uncommon amongst NFL OC’s. Kyler/Trey’s skill sets and connection being the standout strength of the offense, in combo with the OL not being able to push or protect against a fresh front very obviously points towards the best offense being uptempo centered around Kyler getting quick one-two reads + scramble option. Petzing wants to oversee and call an offense instead of being the Ask Madden tab for Kyler in a semi hurry-up scheme, when the latter is definitely the best option for the personnel on hand.
It’s also kind of crazy the number of y’all calling for Kyler’s ousting. He’s not Josh Allen by any means and he’ll never be, but he’s a good dynamic QB being failed hard by what’s around him. The drops are crazy and the tempo issues are blatant early and then even moreso when hurry up actually has them rolling. The defense looks strong anyway, it’s not like you’re getting auto shafted into a hole by playing a bit more gamble-gamble offense either.

What? People!! Listen to yourselves, football isn’t about passing the ball down the field and making memories of great plays. No, it’s about getting a hard two yard run on 3rd and 20. Making many chunk passes to chew up time and make sure you don’t hurt your opponents feelings by scoring a TD. Neanderthals!!

The first drive against Panthers in the second half when we scored a TD was in hurry up too. As was the one before half time.
The TD we scored against 49ers was also in hurry up.
It’s honestly the best we’ve looked all season. Murray plays with so much more confidence, he doesn’t wait for the play clock, the receivers run cleaner routes. I don’t get why we aren’t coaching for it, especially since the run game is garbage atm.
