San Jose Sharks 🦈 reveal new heritage 2.0 35th anniversary jersey.

Hey guys, how you guys doing on this uh on this Friday? So, I’m wearing this for a particular reason because apparently the San Jose Sharks have re-released this as their heritage jersey. And I got to say, I mean, being that I have I have the original version of this. Well, one of them. I have a different version, which was actually the type they first came out with. [Applause] I have this version. This this version they first came out with this has that really silky material on it which is a cool I mean I always did like that. That was that was always kind of a cool little touch but then they kind of they went and they they kind of redid it a couple years later with the with the uh just the the normal uh material. So instead of the instead of the shiny the the shiny silky material, they just went with that with that one. But the Sharks have come out with they’ve they’ve redid this one. They’ve made it as they’ve made it as a heritage as a heritage jersey. And I got to say I I I love it. I think it looks fantastic. In the neckline, it has it says sharks for life with in their in like the bite form. So, it’s got the tooth marks in the uh uh in the in the word or in the in in the saying, which looks cool. They also have uh little teal shark teeth. I’m not sure if those are next to the sharks for life, but they showed kind of a closeup of it. So they have like these little teal shark teeth and it looks it looks really cool. It looks really really nice. And I mean teal is and of course they they brought back I mean everything basically back the the the the number kit is like it was back back in the 2000s when they when they wore this and you know the the late 90s early 2000s when they when they when they wore this jersey. And this logo is on the front. This is the main logo. But yeah, it’s it’s exactly like this. It is made exactly like this. You got the black here. Now, obviously, it won’t have the it won’t have this this venting type material here. It won’t It won’t have that, but which of course that oddly enough runs literally all the way down the side. And you can kind of you can kind of see It runs all the way down the side and it’s this type of, you know, so it’s not going to be that obviously, but it’s it looks it looks really cool. It looks it’s a really cool looking jersey. And I guess that’s another one that uh I’m going to have to try to get my hands on cuz that’s a that’s a that’s a really it’s a really nice look. And of course, the neckline, it’s the it’s the uh it’s the Adidas/ Fanatics neckline. They don’t have there’s no white like on this one. This has this has the the the the plunging the plunging neckline. It obviously doesn’t have that. And this has white and black in it. It doesn’t have that. It’s just black. But it looks it looks awesome. It really does. It is. I mean, it’s, you know, little little things like that, you know, fans, us fans, we we we love stuff like that. And again, nostalgia, the nostalgia of it is incredible. And oddly enough, I was thinking of doing a video on teams that are, you know, coming back with their nostalgia with some nostalgic looks and showing like some other teams that could do it. And oddly enough, this was one I was going to feature in that video. like I think San Jose should redo this one. And well and and lo and behold, look at who won the pony. They come out, San Jose comes out and they have this one as their as their heritage jersey. And it’s it’s just it’s it’s fantastic. It is absolutely incredible. Now, I know there’s still probably some other teams that we’re still waiting to hear on. one I’m still waiting to hear on still waiting to find out if the Colorado Avalanche are going to actually use a Quebec Nordics throwback as their 30th anniversary jersey. I don’t know that. We’re not sure yet. But but yeah, you know, Minnesota comes out with their with their original white uh what was the home jersey at the time, their original white jersey from back in 2000. They come that they come back out with that as their as their 25th anniversary jersey. You know, Colorado, we’re not sure on, but San Jose San Jose breaks this back out and it it looks it looks really good. It looks really good and I think uh it’ll be real interesting to see Mlin Celibbrini and uh and those guys skating around wearing this. That’s that’s going to look really cool. But uh but yeah, it looks it looks really good. The pictures I saw on uh online look really cool. So go check those pictures out. I’m not sure when uh when they’ll hit online. They’ll probably hit I mean, you know, I think I think fans will have a first shot to buy them in the uh in the Sharks team store, but not uh I don’t know about on unlike the NHL shop yet. But uh but yeah, they they look they look fantastic. And uh and I definitely I definitely got to say it’s, you know, definitely gets definitely gets a thumbs up for me. And if I had to rank it, I mean, you know, this being the original version of it, if I had to rank it, I I would I would I would, you know, I mean, I mean, no jersey is absolutely perfect. I mean, no jersey is absolutely perfect. So, I can’t rate it a 10 out of 10. I’d say about a 9.5, though. I’d give it about a 9.5 out of 10. It looks It looks good. It’s a really good look. And teal is just an amazing color. It really is. And uh and yeah, so let me know what you guys think of it. Check out the pictures. They look they look awesome.
