Campbell was absolutely the right pick but Tet McMillan is looking kind of nice too

Guy is dramatically changing what this offensive is capable of doing. Night and day difference on this offense this year vs last year and I’d say it’s mostly due to Josh McDaniels and the oline improvements.
I don’t even think Van Pelt was a bad offensive coordinator (thought he was mediocre), but Josh is just much better and this oline is allowing our QB and WRs a few seconds to actually let a fucking play develop.
He’s been outstanding considering his age and experience
Worth every bit of the draft pick
The way Crosby is dominating the bears rn makes his performance in week 1 look better too
