[Lyons] The Colorado Rockies have lost 323 over the past three seasons (2023-25). That’s the most for any National League franchise in the Majors not in their first three years of existence. Only the Chicago White Sox (324 losses, 2023-25) have lost more as a non-expansion club.

What’s most alarming about this is the ownership doesn’t feel there’s a need to change anything despite watching this burning car in front of them. The only thing they’ll ever be concerned about is when there are vacant seats at the ballpark. Investing in video, scouting, sports medicine and analytics? Nah screw that!
This team can improve 20 games next year and still lose 100. That’s how bad it is.
Luckily, they can improve quickly by just upgrading to league average vanilla spackle players at several positions, namely basically every position and pitcher group.
In fact, we don’t have a single position group that finished in the Top15 or upper half of baseball by WAR. Catcher and RP finished 19th and 18th as a group in all of baseball as our top performing positions!

So we would have the record if the white sox didn’t suck more
Knowing how awful this organization is and how complacent they are, WTF ON EARTH is happening with the White Sox? wow
I can’t have this conversation again.
Until next year.
Are you guys simply in a bad location?
Y’all can’t overpay for some decent pitchers in FA?
