were very impressive. Talk about the single
biggest thing we learned– don’t ask a Panther fan. They don’t want to discuss it. But the Patriots, Mark. I mean, you said that,
hey, they have the makings of a playoff contender. I know it’s only week
four, but they showed a lot of that look, at least today. Yeah, you talk about the
self-inflicted wounds that they had last week, 5 turnovers,
minus 4 in the turnover differential, 35 missed
tackles for through the first three games. That’s just not good enough. A lot of penalties, they were
29th in the league, as far as penalties are concerned. They cleaned that stuff
up after the first drive, in all three phases. They had the punt return for a
touchdown, another big time punt return by Jones. Offensive, just efficiency,
and defensively, they kind of got back on track a
little bit, as well. So it was a complete team win
for the New England Patriots. Yeah, Marcus Jones
outstanding on punt returns, with a touchdown for a score. And Drake Maye really settling
in, the second year quarterback, threw for two touchdowns,
very efficient, no turnovers, and also ran for a score. Next up for the Patriots, they
take on the Buffalo Bills.
