Is Commesso going to get frustrated with the log jam in front of him and eventually request a trade out? He’s an RFA after this season.. I don’t hear much about him in Rockford. How’s his development been?
Wait, if Weeks goes to Rockford, does that mean that the Russian goalie that was just drafted goes to the next level of minor league hockey?

Did I miss anyone?
No surprised here. Only guy who played well was Commesso but he’s been #3 on the goalie depth chart. Sodie and Knight also played well so he’s gonna hold the fort in Rockford unless there is an injury.
I wonder if any of the Rockford guys will get recalled to play in next weekend’s back-to-back. I can’t imagine Blashill will want all the veterans playing both games. I’d also love to see Lardis play his way out of Rockford some time this season, but I suppose he’ll be ready when he’s ready.
No surprises there. None of those players are good enough to push out the people still here yet and Blashill isnt going to drop anyone like Reichel or Dach for one of these guys this early.
I think the only surprise right now is Levshunov and thats a pretty mild surprise. Blashill obviously wants to see more of him before he decides whether to cut him, also probably unsure whether he is comfortable with Crevier still as #6.
Griz still holding on too, so Korch hasnt won his spot yet. Allan too.
