Alex Cora is asked what impressed him the most about Aaron Judge’s 2025 season:

“That everybody thought he wasn’t going to be able to do it because he didn’t have Soto in the lineup. And he was the best hitter in the league.

Think about batting average – I know people don’t value it, quote unquote, but he hit .330 when guys are hitting .240. That’s special.

He hits the ball out of the ballpark, he’s a good baserunner, obviously a little banged up defensively but he’s really good out there. Impressive.

Early in the season, before we faced them, I was watching like, ‘man, this is tremendous. Eye-opening.’

Just because of the fact that Juan went to the Mets, and people were like, ‘oh, they’re going to pitch around him and he’s not going to get pitches to hit,’ whatever.

    Nah. He’s that good.”

  2. All these managers are baseball guys to their bone. No one understands just how historic the things Judge is doing are quite like them.

  3. I can’t help but respect the man after he put his family before the game. He took a bunch of heat for attending his child’s graduation instead of showing up to work. Good for him.

  4. Managers know it. Players know it. Only the dumbass baseball media wants to suck Cal Raleigh’s dick.

  5. I know it’s an unpopular opinion but I always liked Cora. He comes from a baseball family like Boone except he doesn’t even come close to as half assed and redundant as Boone. There are plenty of criticisms of Cora but he’s a smart manager.

  6. “banged up defensively” is all i heard

sounds like the sox will not be afraid to test judges arm

  7. We finally beat Francona and somewhat avenged 2004 in 2017, 2020, and 2022. Time to beat this rat fink.

  8. Every MLB manager and player knows that Judge should be the 2025 AL MVP and its not close between him and Cal Raleigh.

  9. Judge is the MVP. Managers know it. Players know it. Fans know it. The media knows it too despite what their bullshit clickbait has said the past few weeks. Judge is and will be the 2025 AL MVP.

  10. Idk if it’s just me, but I feel like cal Raleigh isn’t going to have a season like this again. He’s not that great of a player overall and I think after this season, he’s gonna go back to being his true self. He’ll still mash home runs but his strikeout rate will go up

  11. Notice he specifically says “like .240.” Wonder if he’s comparing directly to a certain catcher who hit like .240

  12. “He did all that without his teammates telling him what pitch was coming? I don’t believe it “

  13. There is nothing this man can say that could earn him any of my respect after his sign stealing scheme in Houston.

I hope we torch the Red Sox

  14. Translation: “we will be walking him Tuesday through Thursday, we do not want to fuck around and find out…oh yeah Big G too” 😂
