I made a rash decision. You’re about to see how much I believe this take. So, the Chiefs season, was there a moment where it changed? Does it have a catchy title? Like the tackle that turned the tide? I don’t know. There’s Patrick Mahomes before and after the tackle that turned the tide. 10 quarters, two touchdowns. Six quarters, five touchdowns. What about the Chiefs offense as a whole? Because the funk really started in the Super Bowl. Well, in 14 quarters before the tackle that turned the tide, they led for less than 20 minutes. Mahomes had seven touchdowns and 82 pass rating. They scored less than two points a possession. Since the tackle that turned the tide, Mahomes has they’ve led for 64 minutes. He has a 124 rating. So, obviously, guys, I’m dropping a banner about the tackle that turned the tide. But that’s not all I’m doing. Oh, wow. I Guys, no way. when I know I know a couple years ago I knew the Chiefs were gonna go back to back and win the Super Bowl and I got I undefeated you know it gets lost and I got a tattoo that says never a doubt. Yeah. And Brew was like oh you can hedge that because you could be like about your wife. Yeah sure. A tackle that turn the tackle that turned the tide. No, that is the the purple is from the the stencil because if anyone’s ever gotten a tattoo that is that a real I don’t Is it supposed to have saran wrap on it? I had to take it off for the show. Mad respect for that. This is a man who knows for an absolute fact Mahomes was put on this planet by god to play QB at the highest level ever seen
Nevermind that a play touted as a "SEASON SAVING PLAY" came in the third game of the regular season, against an AWFUL Giants team, while trailing 6 to 9 and less than 2 minutes left to play, IN THE FIRST HALF! Nevermind how ridiculous ALL that OBVIOUSLY is, including it coming against the first team this season to replace their starting quarterback… because even if it came against The Eagles in the Superbowl while trailing by a field goal and under 2 minutes left in the ACTUAL GAME, this would still be a bad play he made significantly less bad by getting the ball back, but still bad play…
He clearly sees him go the wrong way, and instead of picking up what he can with his legs, he side arms it backwards at the back of his ankles, which are turned and headed the opposite direction… he threw it towards his own End Zone, then races the defense to it, and is only able to get it back because a Giants defensive lineman wanting likely his first touchdown, tried to scoop and score instead of falling on the ball…
If he threw a good ball that got picked after bouncing off his receivers hands, and stripped it during the return, THAT MAKES SENSE! But, if it were after a poorly thrown BAD PICK, then at best they cancel each other out… which is THE MOST this stripped ball can do, cancel out the STUPIDLY and VERY POORLY THROWN Lateral… when he only needed to "save the game" by LOSING IT first, with as boneheaded a lateral since the Patriots "Lunatic Lateral" to Mac Jones, which also has its own name… and is the only lateral I can think of more boneheaded than this one…
I'm beginning to believe Nick want to be known for ugly tattoos the way The Professor is known for ugly haircuts… Or, maybe like The Professors who we all know has the world's ugliest haircut, but leaves the barber shop every week seeing something the rest of us dont, with a new design in his fade and convinced he looks cooler than ever… maybe Nick sees an ordinary sentence typed out the same regular old way you'd type out a text message, but in enormous font size, and convinced he could only look cooler if he had it on both forearms…
I like Nick Wright a lot, but someone needs to take this guys credit card away on Sundays 😂😂
