4. They also had their second string running back get hurt during the game… If he’s missing any time, they can’t afford to trade Hall.

   Breece has an issuing fumbling and Ben ain’t having that so we’ll trade for someone getting benched.

   Pollards contract goes into next year whereas Breece will need a new one this off-season. Pollards contact has no guaranteed money on it left either.

   Pollard will probably cost less in trade capital.

   Pollard has broke 1000 yards last 3 years in a row. Breece hasn’t broke 1000 yards once in 3 years.

   Pollard is better running back. Breece is for the tik tok brain rot fans.

7. Fans who want mid season trades always strike me as weird. This isn’t the type of sport where mid season trades are common, or even a good idea. One player is not going to change much, and the cost is too high to pay even if they will.

11. Why though? Don’t get me wrong, would he be an improvement most likely…but what are your goals with this trade? He’s in a contract year. You would be giving draft capital for a rental. You only do that because you are competing for a super bowl. I am a meatball fan with the best of them, but expecting to be playing in February is absurd at the moment. The whole goal of this season should be development and culture change. I don’t think this team is far off from being contenders, but be realistic. Poles getting a rental is one of the dumbest things he could do, unless the terms are so beneficial that he can’t refuse.

16. Our YPC will increase by less than 1 with Hall replacing Swift. Before we look to improve our RB we need to get a decent LT. With a decent LT, Swift and Monangai will probably be serviceable. We could then send more draft capital away for a RB. But IMO, bolstering the defensive line should come before RB.
