  1. Would've loved to see Yaz's catch where he jumped over the side wall into the net at Oracle. Unfortunate you guys had to trade him though, please bring him back and make him a Forever Giant!

  2. This was the first baseball season I followed every game. I was in the stadium for Ramos' little league homer. Everyone was on their feet yelling at him to keep running. Also, Patrick Bailey is my favorite player. Watching his walk off homers this year was AWESOME. Giants Baseball: Nothing like it. <3

  3. The SFGs can always find a new guy to be the field mgr but, some other changes are needed going forward if they expect to make the post season.
First, I think they need to get away from bringing in former SFG players. No coaches, no players, etc from the organization. They have always farred better when they go outside the ORG.
Rosen,, Craig, Baker, Sabean, Bochy; I think that when guys have played or coached together, they are not as tough on former teammates.
Second, they need to either replace our scouts or, get the current ones to start looking for players that fit Oracle Park. The top criteria are finding young players that put the ball in play. Free swingers and strike out guys are a dime a dozen…seek out the contact hitters. I see teams like the A's, the Marlins the Rockies …teams finishing out of the race have better overall hitters and put the ball in play. The only reason they don't make the PS is they don't want to pay FAs or want lower payrolls. They should be looking for more speed and defense and tailor the team to hit the gaps and steal bases. They've been out-homered in their own park!
Lastly, they need to move on from some guys. I'm in the minority on my next statement but, Matt Chapman is not the answer as a clean up batter. 61 RBIs as your #4 hitter doesn't bode well. He Ks too much and when he's not striking out, he walks rather than putting the ball in play. Going out of the strike zone … He l swings and misses or gets called out looking…most frustrating player on the team in my opinion. Besides, people rave about his defense but, he had quite a few errors this season. Find a REAL CLOSER….Ryan Walker is not the answer. Find a REAL BACKUP CATCHER….Or a C that can actually hit more consistently. Say good by to Flores; re-sign Smith; trade Ramos, Lee and Matos for guys that can play the OF and throw guys out. Too many miscues. Beef up the BP! Re-sign Ray. Find a #3 SP….there will be several on the market…maybe Sonny Gray or Alcantara.

  4. I just love watching ❤ thank you, everyone, for all your passion, hard work, and love of the game❤ it shows so much and makes watching the Giants so special, win or lose!! So excited for a full season with Devers, love the energy Adames brings, love Ramos' smile and hustle, sigh, everyone was just awesome❤❤❤

edit to add: the bailey glare is everything❤

  5. A wonderful season the G Manor coming together we ended it 500
Buster Posey has been very busy and Bob Melvin did the job he was requested to do while Posey built the team now we’ll see who manages it on field

  6. At the end of the day I'm glad they fired BoMel, but I'm still thankful for his time with the squad. He helped lay the foundation for this promising young squad, it just wasn't gonna work out long term.
It sucks to see the era end like this. I was especially rooting for Bomel to find success here since this was his dream job.

  7. Damn, I was so hyped by the end of the video before realizing we're not in the playoffs and that this season is over… What could have been man, Verlander was robbed of like 4-5 wins in the 9th, we win those games we're in the playoffs. If Roupp, Doval, Roger and Rodriguez were still playing for us last 2 months, we're in the playoffs. Looking forward for next year, with maybe the duo we love managing the team with both Bochy and Posey back leading us until the playoffs in 2026.

But for now, GO MARINERS !!!

  8. We might of missed the post season by 3 games but god damn what a season, this team blew my expectations out of the water for what I expected before we started, and the team is looking good for the following years, of coarse we all want to see our guys in the post season, but it’s still been one hell of a season to be a giants fan

  9. Look at JHLs body language in NY… where was this the rest of the season? Only when every little thing goes his way can be get juiced. He cannot handle adversity. He is not tough. Take away his anomalous hitting in the NY series and his season was truly horrendous

  10. Ive been a Giants fan since 1983, with my Croix De Candlesticks, braved through the 100-loss season in 1985, weathered the 1993 year, where 101 wins couldn't win the division, sweated thru the painful 2001 World Series loss to the Angels and was finally rewarded with the World series Title in 2010. I will always be an Orange and Black fan through and through!
