talking [Music] about the perception of you reputation over the last aspect of seasons. How much do you look at this year as a as an opportunity to sort of change that conversation? What is the biggest opportunity that you can say in your career? Um, some people say, you know, it’s the opportunity I can say truly for like it won’t be the end. I feel I feel all the tension I need to get to see as I play myself and I get to get a chance to [Music] Wow. [Music] Heat. [Music] [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] Okay. [Music] [Music] a couple of Pokemon. [Music] Yeah, you can just tell that he got like I don’t know being I just remember that he got snowed. [Music] He’s out. [Music] Heat. [Music] Heat. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] [Music] [Music] Walk me away. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] [Music] Go ahead. You uh participated today and who did not or I guess who did not. Yeah, I mean that’s probably be easier. Um I can’t I don’t even know if I can name all participants. Um so uh LeBron, Marcus, and Gabe and Adu are all sort of under either return to play protocols or modified protocols. Starting with LeBron, kind of what do you expect out of him at the start of camp tomorrow? Yeah, I I I think it’s it’s probably a little bit longer of a ramp up leading into opening night um for him obviously in year 23 uncharted territory here. So, uh I felt and and talking with performance and talking with Mike and LeBron like we probably did too much last year in camp. um which was great for for me as a first year head coach to get to get buy in from him, but it’ll be a slow process with him uh leading into the first game. Um you know, he’s obviously got uh 22 years so far of of wear and tear on his body and he’s dealing with a little bit of uh nerve irritation in the boot. So, um just we’re playing the long game with LeBron. Uh Gabe, he’s just modified. He should be good to go live by the end of the week and we expect him to play Friday. Um and that’s just again into management of of his knee and you know we we did not as well. Um Marcus just dealing with a little bit of Achilles tenonopathy. Um you know he’s been in a slow ramp up. He was a modified for nothing today. We expect and then I do I think gave you guys all the information. Coach from the players who did participate who stood out to you? Um I mean Luca was pretty good. uh looking pretty good. Uh no, I look I I think a lot of times in in camp, right, you’re you’re doing a lot more drills and you’re doing games with constraints. We did two 5minute scrimmages at the end. Um, so call it, you know, 45% of the time was drills, 55% of the time was live, but a lot of the live, you know, like something we spoke about or we thought about, you think what I’m thinking and it finally came to life almost in a way, you know, um, you know, coming up as draft prospects and, you know, finally here on 8 years in. It’s our eight years together. So, I mean, it’s it’s actually pretty cool to to be this young and our age and, you know, finally link up and, you know, to work together and just, you know, be a vocal point of the team. I mean, Laker, they they control the social media. One post of you having the Lakers on your chest, everybody’s going crazy. So, yeah, social media, you know, everybody coming at you, expectations, graph, edits, all of that. Yeah, fans definitely showed that, man.
