The man, the myth, the legend, Phil “shoot the damn puck!” Esposito.
You should look him up, but some quick highlights are that he’s a hall of fame player from his days with the Boston bruins, he also famously led a comeback series win for the Canadians in the summit series of 1972 vs the soviets, coached for a while in the 80’s and then decided to start a team in Tampa, Florida, eventually getting the money to do so from some less than reputable sources out of Japan, cough yakuza cough. He’s been around the NHL for the better part of 60 years, including many great and memorable moments in the Lightning radio booth with David Mishkin, where he can be heard at most home games to this day screaming at players for holding on to the puck too long and not just shooting it! He’s the best! If there’s one thing you should see of his it’s a post game interview he gave after a loss to the Soviets in the 72 summit series where he goes off talking about how they need to play better and will moving forward.
Phil Esposito. Hockey hall of famer, founder of the Lightning, first team president and GM in team history, and current radio color commentator. Has a literal statue in front of the Arena.

A guy who hates virtual reality apparently.
