His been trying to sell this for a while now. Genius move by Parker to rent it out to Kai Cenat this summer to get millions of eyes on the listing.
This is the problem when you build a huge custom house, there are only so many millionaires capable of buying this property, let alone in San Antonio. I never understood the logic or reasoning behind something like this if you don’t plan to live here forever
