The Astros continued to struggle at home in Houston this season. #astros #houstonastros #mlb
This was the last home series of the regular season. The Astros have no more home games this regular season. The Astros went 46 and35 at home this year. For the second year in a row, they started 32 and 14 at home. They finished 14- 21. And despite having a 46 and 35 record at home, they had a minus 28 run differential at Dyken Park. That means over the course of the year, opposing teams scored 28 more runs than the Astros did in their own ballpark, which is a hitters friendly park. We’re still having issues. The name changed. The juice box is gone. The ice box is here. Same exact story as last season, though. Is it the batter’s eye? I don’t know. Is it that they get booed on the road and that helps them get up for games? I don’t know. I’m sick of having the same conversation, though. How many years in a row are we going to do
